To achieve this, impact research was conducted in four phases, and a survey was used as the data collection instrument. Additionally, a detailed literature review was performed using Scielo, Scopus, and Google Scholar databases, from which the relevant variables and data processing methodology were defined. A descriptive analysis of the collected data was carried out to understand its characteristics and trends. Subsequently, a correlation analysis was conducted in two phases, evaluating both the important factors in student satisfaction and the perception of the impact of socio-economic services by the study community, as well as the relationship between the variables studied. It was concluded that ease of application and promotion of the call for applications are fundamental factors in student satisfaction. Furthermore, the programs directly influence academic performance, as well as socio-economic aspects of the population such as marital status or family income. This review allowed proposing a specific model that addresses key variables such as academic performance, student satisfaction, persistence, and completion of studies. The main objective is to assess the impact of socio-economic development policy, and to achieve this, specific objectives are outlined, including literature review, proposal of a model prototype, and validation through a representative sample. The methodology is based on a systematic literature review, the formulation of the proposed model, and validation through its application to the student community of the Technological Faculty. The impact is generated through different strategies with specific purposes such as reducing the socioeconomic gap or reducing the number of dropouts in the institution, due to this it is necessary to ensure that the strategies used are efficient in their execution, for this they must know the perception of the student community about the services provided. The objective of this research is to measure the socioeconomic impact of the students of the ASAB Faculty of Arts of the Francisco José de Caldas District University, through the analysis of different factors that influence university students with the intention of building a vision that contributes to the decisions of the directors of the University and the Institutional Welfare area to improve socioeconomic services. In this research, descriptive and associative methods are used with the objective of determining the socioeconomic factors that influence the performance and dropout rates of students in Higher Education Institutions. In the first instance, through a systematic review of existing texts and research, the aim is to determine the variables of greatest interest for the construction of the model to be worked on that would allow the required information to be reached. After this, the information is analyzed using descriptive statistics in SPPS, software that allows you to process and visualize the information obtained to evaluate the correlation between socioeconomic variables such as family income, employment status and dropout rates, performance and perception of employees. institutional welfare services. And with this, establish a precedent for future applications of the methodology used with scope throughout the national territory, which serves for the creation of alternatives and action plans that reduce student dropout rates due to socioeconomic factors. Thanks to the correlational analysis of the factors worked, it is possible to interpret which have the greatest influence among the university community as well as proposals for improvement to the University Wellbeing programs aimed at providing a comprehensive and quality service that responds to the reality of each student of the university. community.
