A review was made about variables associated to the control of greenhouses, optimal control methods and free control. Studies were made about the wiring communications and wireless that makes possible interaction of devices, alongside different protocols and communication standards typical of each device. The diagnosis made it possible to identify the most important causes of company losses and based on the study a work plan was structured according to the needs of Etipress S.A.For the development of the project different lean manufacturing methodologies were used as the Value Stream Mapping, which allowed to identify the critical processes of the production line, the DOFA analysis that allowed to deepen the identification of the problematic at internal and external level and as a result get to apply the methodology of 5´S for the order and cleaning of critical processes.Ítem Aplicación de un sistema de control en la caldera de proceso de pasteurización didactica para el laboratorio de industrial de la Universidad Distrital Francisco Jose de Caldas Facultad TecnologicaPoveda Bermudez, Juan Guillermo; Beltran Cruz, Carlos Andres; Porras Bohada, Jorge EduardoEl curso de instrumentación de procesos dos del ciclo de ingeniería en control de la sede tecnológica de la universidad Distrital Francisco José de caldas ha venido desarrollando una planta pasteurizadora modular, compuesta por un módulo de dosificación y corrección de PH, un módulo de calentamiento del producto por medio de una caldera e intercambiador de calor y un módulo de enfriamiento. La caldera junto con un intercambiador de calor tiene limitaciones en su funcionamiento, sin embargo, es capaz de generar vapor de agua a poco más de 42 PSI de presión en un tiempo aproximado de 120 minutos. Esta caldera no cuenta con un sistema de control o sensores que peritan monitorear su funcionamiento, por lo que fue necesaria una reestructuración física y la adaptación de sensores, a fin de lograr hacer el control mediante un PLC (controlador lógico programable) así como la supervisión de su funcionamiento. Fue necesario hacer una identificación al sistema (caldera-intercambiador de calor) a fin de hallar su función de transferencia y mediante simulación aplicar un método de control a fin de ser aplicado mediante un PLC. Se pudo identificar experimentalmente algunas características termodinámicas, así como un comportamiento característico de este sistema y gracias a ello se evidencio que es un sistema cuya reacción ante perturbaciones o una señal de referencia es bastante prolongado, por lo que l aplicación de un método de control PID (proporcional, integral, derivativo) es suficiente para controlarlo.
