Resumen
Currently the Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas technology faculty, has a laboratory of control which has four floors of processes; PH, Nivel-Flujo and temperature allowing that engineering and technology students can more easily assimilate items acquired in the classroom through practices, creating a friendly environment at the time of carrying them, with the help of a software. This project aims to present an improvement in the monitoring of the temperature T5553-BD control plant, it has three sensors: thermistor, thermocouple and RTD /PT100 which have a range of operating temperatures of - 10 to 100 ° C, to monitor the behavior of the fluid in the points to be analyzed. BD-T5553 temperature control plant has a hardware or log device and data transport to a computer using a software responsible for receiving this information and perform their respective graphics in real time, allowing to understand and assimilate in a simple way the behavior of the temperature of the fluid in its different sections, in a more pedagogical manner in relation to the industrial environments that the student faces in the future. Data acquisition was performed with an Arduino Uno, and for their easy coupling with the graphical user interface was developed with the National Instrument's Labview program, which provides an extensive range of applications easy to develop in short periods of time, thanks to its graphic environment, turning it into something suitable for creation and innovation in measurement and control systems of the different industrial processes currently carried out.
