Ítem Algoritmo de alineación de secuencias para enfermedades del Sistema Nervioso CentralYara Rodríguez, Andrea Yulieth; Arévalo Tapias, Liliana; Higuera Castro, Gustavo Adolfo; López Osorio, Leidy YolandaThis article is intended to show the development of an algorithm wich allows the comparison of DNA sequences in diseases of the central nervous system, from three methods known as: global alignment, local alignment and triplets, with the help of a database consisting of the necessary information about the diseases consulted, including 5 different sequences for each one. This research aims to develop an algorithm that uses simple techniques for those who are starting studies on alignment of genetic sequences. In this paper it is shown a research on the diseases of the central nervous system and the importance of bioinformatics, the paper also provides the development of the proposed algorithm for the above-mentioned methods, which yield results on the matches found in genetic sequences and finally the conclusions from the proposed solution are given.Ítem Aplicación móvil autoservicio Terpel VoltexPeña Quintana, Brayan Nicolas; Vanegas, Carlos AlbertoThe following document describes the migration of the Terpel Voltex Colombia application for its implementation in Ecuador. On this occasion, we will collaborate with the service provider Contact & Business IT, who assumes responsibility for all tasks related to technology and intellectual property to carry out this migration. The document is divided into chapters as follows: Chapter 1 defines project planning. An approach is made to the problem that specifies the disadvantages that arise in the Health Service Provider Institutions that can be presented for lack of an information management system (ISMS). In addition, the objectives, the schedule of activities and the estimation of the resources necessary to determine the feasibility of the development of the project are defined. Chapter 2 describes the case study and the current situation of IPS Famisanar - Colsubsidio in charge of providing health services. Chapter 3 describes the importance of an ISMS within the institution, a prior analysis is performed, identifying opportunities, weaknesses, threats and / or strengths through the DOFA matrix. Chapter 4 identifies assets, threats and vulnerabilities to identify safeguards and controls to mitigate risks. The system replaces the manual and outdated process with an optimized and efficient approach, ensuring high availability and better data integrity. It provides students and faculty with real-time access to project status, automated notifications and data management tools. In addition, the system incorporates a user and role management subsystem, allowing for tighter control over access and modification of information. This subsystem ensures that only authorized users can interact with sensitive data, reinforcing the security and confidentiality of degree projects. The uncertainty and concerns regarding the security of information and the right to privacy of the data of users of systems that follow the model of the cloud, are constantly in question. The aim of the review is to identify the security applied to the infrastructure, software and the cloud computing platform, from which the services that compose it are identified and its evolution and its technological impact are validated. Emphasis is placed on the analysis of the IaaS, PaaS and SaaS models. From a qualitative descriptive methodology, 30 documents were consulted, most of them of academic research type. The findings of the review suggest that as they become more external, cloud computing service models are more vulnerable to security. This application can be easily adapted to the other parking lots of the District University, which have the same flaws detected inside the motorcycle parking of the Technological Faculty. The web application has a content transformer subsystem, which detects the type of connection of the user who enters the system and establishes the appropriate content according to the quality of connection detected; therefore, each interface and functionality may vary if the connection is low, medium or high; considering the upper layer as the preset design layer and the base modules. The connection to the application's database is made through the architecture of microservices, each one used to run autonomously and with close communication with each other, doing so through HTTP requests. With the query module, various graphs of usability and percentage of parking occupancy are displayed in different periods of time, as well as the option for each user to consult the history of their registered vehicles, such as their inactivity and hours of entry and departure. For the implementation of this system, a methodology has been used that includes phases of planning, analysis, design, implementation, testing and implementation. The planning phase describes the problem that can be solved and in which a series of objectives, delimitations and scopes are proposed to be able to guide the course of the project. Likewise, the customization of the system is justified together with the feasibility and theoretical foundation thereof. The analysis phase will detail the requirements of the system, the functions it will have, the tools and the ways in which the data are treated. The design design phase appreciates the database schema, the modular design, the data dictionary and the procedural and user interface designs. The implementation phase documents the coding parameters such as identifying classes, methods, variables, among others. The testing phase shows the results obtained from each test applied to the final product for user users. The implementation phase will detail the software requirements for the installation and execution of the application. WEB services are based on the HTTP protocol using its consumption and request parameters (get, post, put and delete), the transfer of information between the client and the server is based on the JSON format and is carried out by implementing the OAUTH protocol, which uses JWT for secure transfer of double authentication and SHA-2 data encryption. For the development of the application, the JavaScript programming languages are used in its version ECMAScript 6, React Native, HTML5, CSS3, SASS preprocessor; The programming environment to use is Visual Studio Code, the code versioning system is GIT and GITHUB is the versioning and repository cloud system, the database is non-relational and the one chosen for coupling is FIREBASE, the architecture is models under the model-view-viewmodel (MVVM) standard. These entities play a crucial role in student success, providing support, advice and monitoring throughout their academic career. To optimize the management and use of this valuable resource, a project to collect and systematize the counseling area of the technological faculty of the District University is proposed. The systematization of information is understood as a strategic tool that will allow collecting, organizing and analyzing relevant data about counseling activities, student achievements, areas of improvement and other factors influencing academic performance and student well-being. This project is conceived as a significant step towards improving the attention and support that the faculty provides to its students. Through this project, an academic data management system is proposed that shows the results of the counseling carried out, providing counselors with tools to offer more personalized and effective support to the students of the faculty. This technology has managed to transform the way we interact with buildings and urban spaces. The application of augmented reality has been used in a variety of applications within the physical spaces we frequent every day, from entertainment and tourism to education and training. But how does augmented reality work? It is a technology that uses electronic devices such as smartphones or smart glasses to provide real-time digital information about a physical environment. Augmented reality in buildings enriches the user experience, making it more immersive and interactive. Visitors can access contextual data, historical details, 3D views and multimedia content that complement and enrich their visit. Universities with their large flow of new students or those who move between faculties have the great problem of locating themselves between the different buildings and spaces that the university offers, additionally, it can be observed that there is no guide or map of each of the different locations. In order to achieve better interaction and location of the sites within the Francisco José de Caldas District University, an intuitive tool is designed for mobile devices in order to improve the augmented reality experience of the location between the different spaces of the Francisco José de Caldas District University. In this research, the software components used to carry out the development of the tool are presented, as well as describing which physical hardware components were used for it. The methodology used for this project is SCRUM, which is based on adaptability and continuous improvement. In the development of this project, topics related to migration to cloud technologies are covered by applying concepts of High Availability (HA) and quality of service (QoS), using tools for the design and analysis of networks for the “Secretaría de Educación Distrital (SED)”. Initially, a general analysis of the current state of the network is carried out to determine the shortcomings, limitations, and scope of the project, later the process of gathering information from the existing network will be carried out, considering active equipment, general design with the which was built at the time in order to determine the specific needs to be improved. For the development of the next phase, the logical and physical design will be carried out where the integration of technologies will be described based on the architecture where we will obtain as a result an integration proposal that meets the expectations of speed and availability expected by the SED. As a result of the research, the aim is to show a solution to carry out a gradual infrastructure update process aimed at the migration of the mission services provided by the SED to an Oracle cloud architecture under the recommendations of the UPTIME INSTITUTE and the TIA-942 standard for improvements proposals in the data center, avoiding as much as possible to reduce the effects on the development of its operation. This situation can be attributed to various factors, ranging from corruption in management to deficiencies in the key actors involved in the learning process, such as teachers and students. Among these factors, the lack of training and continuous professional development for teachers significantly impacts the quality of education. Therefore, it is crucial to address these problems in order to improve the quality of education in Bogotá and ensure a more promising future for its citizens. To tackle the issues regarding the quality of education in Bogotá, a project has been proposed with the objective of providing a tool that minimizes the existing gap with the education systems of developed countries, as well as other Latin American countries. This tool aims to motivate teachers and students to actively participate in decision-making processes and the implementation of new teaching methods and strategies.
