Algoritmo de alineación de secuencias para enfermedades del Sistema Nervioso Central

This article is intended to show the development of an algorithm wich allows the comparison of DNA sequences in diseases of the central nervous system, from three methods known as: global alignment, local alignment and triplets, with the help of a database consisting of the necessary information about the diseases consulted, including 5 different sequences for each one. This research aims to develop an algorithm that uses simple techniques for those who are starting studies on alignment of genetic sequences. In this paper it is shown a research on the diseases of the central nervous system and the importance of bioinformatics, the paper also provides the development of the proposed algorithm for the above-mentioned methods, which yield results on the matches found in genetic sequences and finally the conclusions from the proposed solution are given.

The following document describes the migration of the Terpel Voltex Colombia application for its implementation in Ecuador. This process is carried out in response to technological advancement and the growing use of electric vehicles in Ecuador. The need to migrate this application, which has been widely accepted in Colombia within the electric automotive sector, becomes evident due to this trend. On this occasion, we will collaborate with the service provider Contact & Business IT, who assumes responsibility for all tasks related to technology and intellectual property to carry out this migration. Throughout this document, the necessary adjustments required by the client will be detailed to guarantee the correct functioning of the application in Ecuador. These adjustments will be addressed in depth in the following sections, including modifications in user management, adjustments in transactional services, among others.

In this final version of the document, it is proposed the recommended institutional structure that the information security model for private hospitals (IPS) should have. The document is divided into chapters as follows: Chapter 1 defines project planning. An approach is made to the problem that specifies the disadvantages that arise in the Health Service Provider Institutions that can be presented for lack of an information management system (ISMS). In addition, the objectives, the schedule of activities and the estimation of the resources necessary to determine the feasibility of the development of the project are defined. Chapter 2 describes the case study and the current situation of IPS Famisanar - Colsubsidio in charge of providing health services. Chapter 3 describes the importance of an ISMS within the institution, a prior analysis is performed, identifying opportunities, weaknesses, threats and / or strengths through the DOFA matrix. Chapter 4 identifies assets, threats and vulnerabilities to identify safeguards and controls to mitigate risks. Chapter 5 describes the security policies that must be followed to prevent threats and vulnerabilities from materializing. In chapter 6, the conclusions obtained during the development of the project are visualized. The approach of this case study is, therefore, to lay the foundations of an ISMS for the IPS, to ensure that the information of the patients and / or the people who entrust their data to the health entities remain safe, for this reason Document is based on the main activity of the entity, which is to provide a health service and therefore the assets must be identified and analyzed in order to study the threats to which they are exposed and identify the vulnerabilities and risks.

This project developed a cloud-based information system designed to improve the management of the pre-projects of the degree program “Technology in Data Systematization and Telematics Engineering” of the Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas in the modalities of monograph, internship and research. The system replaces the manual and outdated process with an optimized and efficient approach, ensuring high availability and better data integrity. It provides students and faculty with real-time access to project status, automated notifications and data management tools. In addition, the system incorporates a user and role management subsystem, allowing for tighter control over access and modification of information. This subsystem ensures that only authorized users can interact with sensitive data, reinforcing the security and confidentiality of degree projects. Data backup and recovery mechanisms were also implemented, ensuring that information is protected against possible failures and guaranteeing continuity of service at all times.

In this document is carried out a literature review on cloud computing. The uncertainty and concerns regarding the security of information and the right to privacy of the data of users of systems that follow the model of the cloud, are constantly in question. The aim of the review is to identify the security applied to the infrastructure, software and the cloud computing platform, from which the services that compose it are identified and its evolution and its technological impact are validated. Emphasis is placed on the analysis of the IaaS, PaaS and SaaS models. From a qualitative descriptive methodology, 30 documents were consulted, most of them of academic research type. The findings of the review suggest that as they become more external, cloud computing service models are more vulnerable to security. Faced with this, some security strategies are proposed that have been developed in order to strengthen these models, mainly the SaaS, which are the most vulnerable.

With the creation of the web application for the management of motorcycle parking, the administration of users and vehicles that enter the facilities of the Technological Faculty is facilitated; as well as the consultation of daily quotas and the exact registration of entry and exit of the motorcycles. This application can be easily adapted to the other parking lots of the District University, which have the same flaws detected inside the motorcycle parking of the Technological Faculty. The web application has a content transformer subsystem, which detects the type of connection of the user who enters the system and establishes the appropriate content according to the quality of connection detected; therefore, each interface and functionality may vary if the connection is low, medium or high; considering the upper layer as the preset design layer and the base modules. The connection to the application's database is made through the architecture of microservices, each one used to run autonomously and with close communication with each other, doing so through HTTP requests. With the query module, various graphs of usability and percentage of parking occupancy are displayed in different periods of time, as well as the option for each user to consult the history of their registered vehicles, such as their inactivity and hours of entry and departure. This document describes the methodology used for the development of the project, as well as the architectural services implemented and all those necessary for the analysis, design and development of the application adaptable to the type of connection.
Sistema de precarga, verificación y auditoría de activos para la empresa MPR Sistemas

The following undergraduate work presents the process carried out for the personalization and extension of a preload, verification and asset auditing system for the consulting company MPR Sistemas S.A.S. For the implementation of this system, a methodology has been used that includes phases of planning, analysis, design, implementation, testing and implementation. The planning phase describes the problem that can be solved and in which a series of objectives, delimitations and scopes are proposed to be able to guide the course of the project. Likewise, the customization of the system is justified together with the feasibility and theoretical foundation thereof. The analysis phase will detail the requirements of the system, the functions it will have, the tools and the ways in which the data are treated. The design design phase appreciates the database schema, the modular design, the data dictionary and the procedural and user interface designs. The implementation phase documents the coding parameters such as identifying classes, methods, variables, among others. The testing phase shows the results obtained from each test applied to the final product for user users. The implementation phase will detail the software requirements for the installation and execution of the application. Finally, the conclusions and bibliography were used in the development of this work.

The Ministry of National Education, through Resolution 20600 of 2021, determined that higher education institutions which seek to renew their qualified license must comply with all the requirements listed in articles 57 and 61 of Resolution 21795 of 2020. They mention that suggestions for improvement in the mechanisms for articulating learning outcomes with the curriculum must be demonstrated. Due to this, the creation of a Conceptual Tools Management System is proposed inside the curricular project of Technology in Data Systematization and Telematics Engineering. The system allows identifying the conceptual tools related with the different topics of the curricular courses and make decisions in favor of a better learning process.

The telematics system developed is composed of a mobile application that allows the administration of medical appointments and taking medications, based on a calendar of dates to remind the user, data communication is carried out by implementing WEB services, thus saving the information in a database of non-relational data, and protected with a security protocol of double authentication and data encryption. WEB services are based on the HTTP protocol using its consumption and request parameters (get, post, put and delete), the transfer of information between the client and the server is based on the JSON format and is carried out by implementing the OAUTH protocol, which uses JWT for secure transfer of double authentication and SHA-2 data encryption. For the development of the application, the JavaScript programming languages are used in its version ECMAScript 6, React Native, HTML5, CSS3, SASS preprocessor; The programming environment to use is Visual Studio Code, the code versioning system is GIT and GITHUB is the versioning and repository cloud system, the database is non-relational and the one chosen for coupling is FIREBASE, the architecture is models under the model-view-viewmodel (MVVM) standard. It was decided to use agile methodologies for the administrative management of the project, the implemented methodology is SCRUM, which establishes functional requirements based on executable deliverables that allow differentiating the activities and their micro advances to achieve the objective.

In a constantly evolving academic environment, such as that which characterizes higher education today, it is essential to have accurate and timely information that allows informed decisions to be made and to improve the quality of services offered to students. In this context, the importance of the guidance and academic support provided to the students of the technological faculty of the District University through its counseling is recognized. These entities play a crucial role in student success, providing support, advice and monitoring throughout their academic career. To optimize the management and use of this valuable resource, a project to collect and systematize the counseling area of the technological faculty of the District University is proposed. The systematization of information is understood as a strategic tool that will allow collecting, organizing and analyzing relevant data about counseling activities, student achievements, areas of improvement and other factors influencing academic performance and student well-being. This project is conceived as a significant step towards improving the attention and support that the faculty provides to its students. Through this project, an academic data management system is proposed that shows the results of the counseling carried out, providing counselors with tools to offer more personalized and effective support to the students of the faculty. In addition, the systematization of data will allow a more precise evaluation of the effectiveness of counseling policies and programs, contributing to the increase in the number of graduates and technological advancement in the Technological Faculty of the District University.

The following document describes the process of the development of web and mobile applications using blockchain hyperledger technology, with the end decrease the falsification rates of the academic diplomas of the Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas and also to provide a dynamic management interactive for the verification of them. For the interoperability of the system web and mobile, is configured and developed the API REST with hyperledger composer, with the purpose of generating the methods get, post, put and delete response, and with the use of the format JSON it is processed with technologies React.js and React native for the development of web and mobile systems respectively. For the processes of analysis, design and implementation, selection as methodology development of software Scrum, establishing for each sprint its corresponding activities, in order to make partial deliveries to meet each of the proposed objectives. The system is mainly focused for anyone who wants to know the authenticity of the diplomas, in addition to having an automated control by the university without having to depend on a server that is active during the execution of the same.

Augmented reality is a technology that combines the real world with virtual elements to improve the user experience in different environments. This technology has managed to transform the way we interact with buildings and urban spaces. The application of augmented reality has been used in a variety of applications within the physical spaces we frequent every day, from entertainment and tourism to education and training. But how does augmented reality work? It is a technology that uses electronic devices such as smartphones or smart glasses to provide real-time digital information about a physical environment. Augmented reality in buildings enriches the user experience, making it more immersive and interactive. Visitors can access contextual data, historical details, 3D views and multimedia content that complement and enrich their visit. Universities with their large flow of new students or those who move between faculties have the great problem of locating themselves between the different buildings and spaces that the university offers, additionally, it can be observed that there is no guide or map of each of the different locations. In order to achieve better interaction and location of the sites within the Francisco José de Caldas District University, an intuitive tool is designed for mobile devices in order to improve the augmented reality experience of the location between the different spaces of the Francisco José de Caldas District University. In this research, the software components used to carry out the development of the tool are presented, as well as describing which physical hardware components were used for it. The methodology used for this project is SCRUM, which is based on adaptability and continuous improvement. As teams work in iterative cycles, they can respond quickly to changes and feedback, incrementally delivering the product and maintaining the flexibility to adjust priorities according to the changing needs of this project.

The rapid advance in communication technologies presents a challenge for organizations globally as they are forced to maintain and improve service delivery despite the high growth in information and users who agree to consume their services. In the development of this project, topics related to migration to cloud technologies are covered by applying concepts of High Availability (HA) and quality of service (QoS), using tools for the design and analysis of networks for the “Secretaría de Educación Distrital (SED)”. Initially, a general analysis of the current state of the network is carried out to determine the shortcomings, limitations, and scope of the project, later the process of gathering information from the existing network will be carried out, considering active equipment, general design with the which was built at the time in order to determine the specific needs to be improved. For the development of the next phase, the logical and physical design will be carried out where the integration of technologies will be described based on the architecture where we will obtain as a result an integration proposal that meets the expectations of speed and availability expected by the SED. As a result of the research, the aim is to show a solution to carry out a gradual infrastructure update process aimed at the migration of the mission services provided by the SED to an Oracle cloud architecture under the recommendations of the UPTIME INSTITUTE and the TIA-942 standard for improvements proposals in the data center, avoiding as much as possible to reduce the effects on the development of its operation. With the implementation of the proposal, the SED will have a network model that will allow it to offer better coverage in the provision of its service with a projection over time that allows continuous growth in the future.

The present work is based on the realization of the design of an Information Security Management System (ISMS) for a messaging company called HECC COURRIER. During the development, the security management based by ISO 27001 is established as a basis and from there all the corresponding analysis is carried out for the optimal performance of the company's security policies and the implementation guide consistent with the policies. All this work seeks that the company improves security in its correspondence processes mainly and related activities, so that in the future they can think about obtaining the ISO 27001 certification according to this document.

This document presents the different phases for the planning and design of a corporate network in packaging and manufactures Josper S.A.S., whose main objective is aimed at improving the communications system and the integration of the processes of the administrative and commercial headquarters with the operational headquarters. The work is structured according to the methodology Top Down, which focuses on the management of medium and high speed corporate networks, is a non-experimental, propositional study that seeks to optimize and adequately manage the technological resources split from an existing network and an organized business structure. It culminates in the selection of technologies according to the functional needs of the network foreseeing its growth and budget investment consistent with the requirements of the company.

In the past, order taking in gastropubs was often carried out manually, leading to long wait times, error-prone communication, and issues in menu and inventory management. To maintain high service standards and compete in a constantly changing market, this traditional methodology was a challenge. However, today, there has been a growing trend towards the adoption of technological solutions to address these challenges. The evolution of the market has chosen to use technological solutions to address these challenges. The implementation of new order-taking technologies, such as the use of QR codes and mobile applications, is emerging as an effective solution to improve operational efficiency and customer experience in gastrobars.

Education is a crucial pillar for societal progress, as it expands opportunities and enhances the quality of life for citizens. However, public educational institutions in Bogotá have been facing issues in the quality of teaching, which limits students' access to higher education and specialized jobs. This situation can be attributed to various factors, ranging from corruption in management to deficiencies in the key actors involved in the learning process, such as teachers and students. Among these factors, the lack of training and continuous professional development for teachers significantly impacts the quality of education. Therefore, it is crucial to address these problems in order to improve the quality of education in Bogotá and ensure a more promising future for its citizens. To tackle the issues regarding the quality of education in Bogotá, a project has been proposed with the objective of providing a tool that minimizes the existing gap with the education systems of developed countries, as well as other Latin American countries. This tool aims to motivate teachers and students to actively participate in decision-making processes and the implementation of new teaching methods and strategies. Through these efforts, the project seeks to effectively and sustainably improve the quality of education in the city.
