Resumen
This article is intended to show the development of an algorithm wich allows the comparison of DNA sequences in diseases of the central nervous system, from three methods known as: global alignment, local alignment and triplets, with the help of a database consisting of the necessary information about the diseases consulted, including 5 different sequences for each one. This research aims to develop an algorithm that uses simple techniques for those who are starting studies on alignment of genetic sequences. In this paper it is shown a research on the diseases of the central nervous system and the importance of bioinformatics, the paper also provides the development of the proposed algorithm for the above-mentioned methods, which yield results on the matches found in genetic sequences and finally the conclusions from the proposed solution are given.
