The scope of the document is focused on establishing planning and administration exercises of the territory, this in order that the information provided here is the basis of new projects to be executed in the current or future governments, always in order to meet the needs of the most vulnerable population. Having a strong and up-to-date cartographic base is the direct bridge to development, here it is understood how the municipality is formed in all its aspects, be they topographic, geological, hydrological, road, demographic, land use, tourism, and other no less important. From the cartography, in addition, it opens the way to a good participation in the creation and / or adjustment of the territorial ordering scheme (EOT), this instrument is in charge of organizing the urban and rural territory, here the strategies, goals are born , regulations and projects that lead the municipality to physical and economic development, a fundamental tool for a municipality that is frequently affected by natural phenomena and that requires order in the analysis and risk management, always on the side of the population and with the objective of promote the equitable use of the land together with the preservation of the ecological and cultural heritage, in the case of the municipality of Útica, an EOT is prepared because its population is less than 30,000 inhabitants.Ítem Actualización y complementación de la GDB para el SIG de la Alcaldía Municipal de CajicáVilla Rojas, Katherine Bibiana; Betancourt López, Isabel; Quintana Puentes, RobinsonGeographic Information Systems are a tool that over the years has been key to the management of geographic information due to its ease of use and the large number of applications in which it can generate reduced efforts and easy access to the Information dynamically. The municipality of Cajicá, is implementing this instrument in order to unify the information pertaining to each of the dependencies that are part of it. To carry out the implementation of the GIS it is necessary to collect information from each of the units and capture information in the field for the creation of databases with geographical components. Some of the georeferenced information can be acquired through the mapping of the municipality's PBOT by performing a multitemporal analysis, which will be an important basis during the development of the project.Ítem Afectaciones principales derivadas de la urbanización ilegal en Bogotá, del predio llamado “Country Club” y de la actividad mayorista del centro de la ciudad de Bogotá, con respecto al ordenamiento territorialHernández Gutiérrez, Julian Mateo; Marroquín Triana, Andrés Felipe; Quintana Puentes, RobinsonThe territorial organization, urban mobility, heritage management, environmental evaluation and land use are some examples of dynamic events that affect the projection of a society at different levels. As stated by Soria and Valenzuela (2015). Guided by this sustainability, the present work seeks to establish reflections on the problems related to the social dynamics that evolve to the territorial ordering in the city of Bogotá. With these it is intended if it is possible to generate solutions adaptable to our local environment and its particular characteristics. Also, with the help of these reflections, a precedent will be given for future studies on the subject that contribute to the improvement and advancement of the territory. To carry out this project, a bibliographical review was carried out with related research, which allowed obtaining a broad overview of the topics to be dealt with and thus conceptualizing a line of work.Ítem Análisis cartográfico y georreferenciación de proyectos de investigación liderados por la Escuela de Inteligencia y Contrainteligencia del Ejército NacionalOrtiz Rojas, Erika Johanna; Quintana Puentes, Robinson; Beltrán Bejarano, Óscar LeonelFor the military forces, geographic knowledge of the areas in which there are stability and instability factors such as the presence of criminal groups, illicit activities, poverty, economy, education, among others, is important; this in order to provide the necessary support in each area for the proper development of the nation. In each entity of the National Army, different research works are constantly carried out in which it is necessary to geographically locate the sites where the aforementioned factors are presented, this is possible from databases that contain the coordinates of each of the related events with the topics discussed, this information is provided by the designated researchers in each area. The internship described here is based on statistical analysis, georeferencing and graphic representation of research projects led by the Army Intelligence and Counterintelligence School (ESICI) and the Army of the Future Transformation Command (COTEF), making use of the knowledge acquired during the career of topographic engineering and ArcGis and excel software tools.Ítem Análisis cartográfico, georreferenciación y control de calidad de proyectos de urbanismo y alcantarillado realizados en la localidad de Ciudad Bolívar por APF Ingeniería S.A.S.Corradine Acosta, Jorge Ernesto; Quintana Puentes, RobinsonCartographic production throughout history has brought to humankind scientific progress in the geographical characterization of the environment in which we live. This is why topography techniques have evolved; this is where the development of cartography is driven by the automation of resources for its development and final products. (ALONSO, 2006). The above; with the aim of providing the engineering community with a solid foundation on which to design, design, budget, build and revise urban, agricultural, cadastral, geodetic, hydraulic and other projects. It is here, through entities such as the Bogotá Aqueduct Company EAAB and private entities "APF Engineering S.A.S." that guarantee by standardizing and updating the reliability of topographic and cartographic products for water purposes. Through the Agreement on Internship between Private Entities and the District University Francisco José de Caldas, it is possible through internships to contribute to the updating of cartographic works that do not have information in the EAAB's SIGUE system. For this reason, the purpose of this internship project was to structure a spatial database with the elements created by conventional topography of the Rio Arzobispo in the town of Ciudad Bolívar. As stated; digitization of 24 feature dataset consisting of 58 feature class or shapefile with geographic information of the zone is achieved in a twelve (12) week methodological workplan.Ítem Análisis comparativo de requerimientos técnicos para la cartografía de los planes de saneamiento y manejo de vertimientos (PSMV), para la Corporación Autónoma de Cundinamarca, Corponariño y Corporinoquia.Forero Montero, Carolina; Bello Fandiño, Sindy Tatiana; Quintana Puentes, RobinsonIn order to maintain and ensure environmental sanitation for the disposal of wastewater and in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Environment, Housing and Territorial Development, the Sanitation and Wastewater Management Plans (PSMV) are a set of programs, projects and activities with the respective schedules and investment plans necessary for the sanitation and treatment of wastewater, including collection, transportation, treatment and final disposal of wastewater disposed to the public sewage service. This plan must be approved by the competent environmental authority, such as the Regional Autonomous and Sustainable Development Corporations, the Urban Environmental Units of the Municipalities, Districts and Metropolitan Areas, for urban population over one million inhabitants or the environmental authorities referred to in article 12 of Law 768 of 2002. The Regional Autonomous and Sustainable Development Corporations are part of one of the competent environmental authorities in charge of the approval of the Sanitation and Wastewater Management Plan (PSMV), They may choose to follow the methodological guide issued by the Ministry of Environment, Housing and Territorial Development in 2004 or adopt a comprehensive guide document to guide municipalities or sewage service providers in the presentation of the PSMV developed under the jurisdiction of each Regional Autonomous Corporation, and they must also ensure that current regulations on wastewater management and sanitation are taken into account. This allows for a selection of environmental authorities with different jurisdictions in the country to cover the variety of geographic, environmental, and social conditions in the national territory, which is why the following regional autonomous corporations were selected: Corporación Autónoma Regional de Cundinamarca (CAR), Corporación Autónoma Regional de Nariño (CORPONARIÑO), and Corporación Autónoma Regional de la Orinoquia (CORPORINOQUIA). The differences between the technical requirements established by the three aforementioned corporations allowed for the elaboration of a comparative and interpretative analysis of the cartographic guidelines in which it was determined which aspects are relevant for the support in the development of the formulation of the PSMV with respect to the methodological guide proposed by the Ministry of Environment, Housing and Territorial Development and the current regulations, which resulted in a proposed integral guide that complements and facilitates the formulation of plans with viable schedules and in accordance with the needs of each territory in terms of cartography.Ítem Análisis de las concentraciones de PM10, PM2.5, NO2, SO2 y CO en la calidad del aire antes, durante y después del COVID-19 en la ciudad de BogotáGutiérrez Rodriguez, Laura Daniela; Rincón Rincón, July Marcela; Quintana Puentes, RobinsonThe WHO (World Health Organization) declared COVID-19 a pandemic, due to the alarming levels of spread and severity that it generated in the world population. COVID-19 is a disease caused by the SARS-CoV2 virus, which environmentally contributed to the restriction measures that the world took when facing this new disease, since at the beginning it was not known how its transmission really was, the quarantines Mandatory regulations established by the different cities helped the environment to significantly reduce its pollution, this decrease could be seen reflected in the air analyzes of the countries. In the present work an analysis of the air quality will be carried out using the tool ArcGIS before, during and after COVID-19 in the city of Bogotá.Ítem Análisis de los planes de contingencia volcánica en los municipios de Cajamarca Tolima y Armenia Quindío, que se encuentran en el área de influencia directa del volcán Cerro MachínBernal Vaca, Diego Andres; Ramirez Niño, Anderson Ricardo; Quintana Puentes, Robinson; 0000-0002-3523-6203The Machín volcano, also known as Cerro Machín, Alto de Machín or the hoyo, is a volcanic caldera with an explosive probability of eruption. It is located in the central mountain range, in the Machín – Cerro Bravo volcanic complex, made up of volcanic structures of complex annular shape, from the set of relicts of interconnected pyroclastic rings, in the department of Tolima; It is the volcano with the greatest potential for damage in Colombia. That is why we seek to make a diagnosis of the current state of the Contingency Plans for the Cerro Machín Volcano of the municipalities of Armenia Quindío and Cajamarca Tolima, in the event of a possible eruption of the Cerro Machín Volcano, according to law 1523 of 2012 "the which adopts the national disaster risk management policy and establishes the National Disaster Risk Management System.” Analyzing the strategies and protocols established by municipal mayors, which seek to mitigate possible threats such as floods, mudslides, electricity outages, contamination of drinking water and forest fires, etc., that may endanger human life, having keep in mind that; According to experts, its eruption could affect at least one million people in 4 departments of the country; but at the same time it is difficult to measure the social, environmental, economic and cultural impact, because there is no history of recent eruptions that would allow us to measure the impact that a possible volcanic eruption would generate. The different communities and social organizations do not want a new catastrophe like Armero to be repeated and that, at the time of emergency, all State agencies act in an organized manner and that decisions that save lives are made in time. In 1991, the Pinatubo volcano, in the Philippines, considered the twin of the Cerro Machín volcano, made one of the most explosive eruptions in the world in recent years, a million people were saved from dying because decisions were made in time. The inhabitants of Machín wish to suffer the same fate as the Filipinos. (Ramirez, 2023)Ítem Análisis de solución de coordenadas procesadas con diferentes efeméridesVillar Rojas, Cristian David; Quintana Puentes, RobinsonGeoreferencing through GNSS positioning of projects for the administration of natural resources and construction of the territory, supports the planning, design, construction, and monitoring processes. The global satellite navigation system in its abbreviated acronym GNSS, among its various uses, is used to determine the coordinates of geodesic vertices and points of interest. The Agustín Codazzi Geographic Institute classifies the georeferenced vertices as vertices of order 0, order 1, order 2, order 3 and order 4. The project to be carried out consists of the survey of 298 photocontrol points (order 4 according to the IGAC ), for the georeferencing of satellite cartography images at a scale of 1:5000, these points are distributed in the departments of Antioquia, Bolívar, Boyacá, Caquetá, Cauca, Córdoba, Norte De Santander, Tolima, Valle Del Cauca, Arauca, and Putumayo , areas in which there are different weather conditions and public order problems, requiring logistics planning for the capture of GNSS data and its processing in the office. In order to obtain the most accurate postprocessing solutions, based on the guidelines requested by the IGAC, where fast ephemeris loading is required, since for this GNSS processing variable it is possible to use transmitted, ultrafast ephemeris, fast and final, where the first two can be obtained in a period of 2 hours, the third with a wait of 1 to 2 days and the last one between 12 and 18 days after positioning, offering different values of relative positional precision and therefore absolute, opening the doors to a comparative analysis of the precisions, to determine if it is possible to reach the precision values requested by the IGAC, through the use of the different types of ephemeris being calculated by means of commercial processing software.Ítem Análisis de velocidad versus ruido de la onda P para intervalos, en la exploración sísmica de un sector de los Llanos Orientales colombianos para mejorar la interacción de la señal-ruido en la calidad de las imágenes sísmicasSánchez, Andrea Caterine; Quintana Puentes, RobinsonThe objective of this study is to carry out an analysis of the behavior of the P Wave by means of the Intervalic Speed parameter and the effect of noise on it, using the seismic of the well located in an area of the Colombian Eastern Plains seeking to improve the interaction of the signal-noise in the quality of exclusively on the VSP seismic images. In this context, the importance of the quality of the information obtained through these processes makes it possible to significantly increase the findings of hydrocarbon units. In search of it, the present project focused on developing an adaptation of the Toolbox velocity tool developed in the Matlab Software to the characteristics of the terrain of the study area. This adjustment occurs both at the level of the code programming and at the setting of the parameters of the study area. Allowing to obtain graphs of the different speeds of the P Wave such as, Instant, Average, RMS and Intervalic. Thanks to that it was possible to determine that the noise has a negative impact on the determination and analysis of speed, which affects its use for the determination of the seismic image. On the other hand, it is expected that this work can serve as a basis for the development of new tools for exploration and seismic analysis, as well as complementary to the findings made here.Ítem Análisis de velocidad y corrección normal move out de datos sísmicos por medio del software seismic UnixArias Martínez, Luis Enrique; Soto Ossa, Giseth Katherin; Quintana Puentes, RobinsonThe present work describes the methodology used to perform the velocity analysis and subsequent normal move out correction (NMO), to seismic data 2D corresponding to a marine line, developed with the free software Seismic Unix (developed in the school of Mines of Colorado). The writing is structured in 6 main parts. The first part was called “Preliminaries”; in which it is explained where the seismic data used have been obtained and the geometry that they have. In the part titled “Seismic Unix”, it describes how is the program interface within the Linux operating system. Also, it shows the terminal in which the commands are executed to carry out the project. Subsequently, the title called “Domain of the CDP” shows the necessary steps that must be executed to sort the data in the CDP domain, prior to the Velocity Analysis. In the next chapter, called “Velocity Analysis”, the velocity peak is performed in a semblance map, based on the number of CDP’s that contain the traces. Next, in the “NMO Correction and Stacking” title, the Stack process of the traces that were analyzed in the previous chapter is carried out. Lastly, in the “Trace Filtering and Final Visualization” chapter, a filtering process is performed in order to obtain an optimal visualization of the stacked traces. The scripts used are based on the demos and the Seismic Unix software manual. For example, for velocity analysis, the script called Velan was used, obtained from the demo folder and modified with the project data. In each code used, it explains the function that it executes.Ítem Análisis molecular de la gravedad de los minerales en la zona del arco volcánico de la placa continental Sudamericana en la que se encuentra ColombiaSutaneme Lizarazo, Jeniffer Alejandra; Jiménez Prieto, Oscar Ignacio; Quintana Puentes, RobinsonIt is proposed to carry out a theoretical model, the gravimetric analysis, which defines the amount of a certain substance based on the pressures, temperatures, densities and surrounding fluids and thus determine if their formation is due to magmatic, metamorphic or sedimentary processes.Ítem Análisis multitemporal del Parque Nacional Natural Chingaza para determinar el estado de restauración ecológica de dos ecosistemas.Patiño Martinez, Jenny Carolina; Quintana Puentes, RobinsonThe Chingaza National Natural Park is part of the National Natural Parks System of Colombia. This system is made up of 59 protected areas, 42 of them are Natural National Parks (Ministry of Environment, nd), these cover an extension of 15'962.277 ha for the year 2017 (SIAC, nd), of which 76,600 are part of the PNN Chingaza, that is, 0.47% Area that was declared in Resolution 154 of June 5, 1977 of the Ministry of Agriculture and expanded to its current extent by resolution 0550 of June 19, 1998 of the Ministries of the Environment “By which expands and realindera the Chingaza National Natural Park ”(Ministry of Environment, 1998) Located in the Eastern Cordillera of the Colombian Andes, northeast of Bogotá, between 73 ° 30 'and 73 ° 55' West Longitude and 4 ° 20 'and 4 ° 50' North Latitude, in the jurisdiction of the municipalities from Fómeque, Choachí, Gachalá, Medina, La Calera, Guasca and Junín in the department of Cundinamarca, and from Restrepo, San Juanito, Cumaral and El Calvario in the department of Meta (Galindo Tarazona, and others, 2016); The PNN Chingaza has been affected by actions of human origin which have altered the functioning of the ecosystems that are of vital importance within the park and the areas surrounding it, such as the supply of water to approximately ten million people, the regulation of the water cycle of the Orinoco macrobasin and the cultural conservation of indigenous communities, that is why it is important to propose and implement ecological restoration strategies that contribute to the improvement of the natural coverage of the protected area and for this it is necessary to know changes in coverage over time to zoning the affected coverage and also focus the objectives of the management plan on them. For this, multitemporal analysis is a useful detection technique which is dedicated to locating the modifications of a natural or anthropic phenomenon, which in turn allows the monitoring of other gradual processes such as urban growth or crop dynamics (Chuvieco, 1995), which are some of the most influential problems in the dynamics of the park's ecosystems. To carry out the multitemporal analysis, Landsat satellite images were used to which different improvement and transformation techniques were applied to eliminate noise and highlight important characteristics of the image, supervised and unsupervised classification was performed to later extract the polygons of the different coverages and make the comparison of areas to do the respective analysis.Ítem Análisis y procesamiento de la información correspondiente a los levantamientos topográficos del proyecto “Modernización de la Planta De Tratamiento-PTAP-La Ayura”Arango Benitez, Yamile; Quintana Puentes, RobinsonThe PTAP La Ayurá is located in the Municipality of Envigado (Loma del Chocho) and has with more than 49 years of continuous operation to 2017. The source of raw water is the La Reservoir Fe, with a maximum storage capacity of 12.5 Mm3 and located in a high area mountain, 5 km from the municipal seat of the municipality of El Retiro (Antioquia). The project “Modernization PTAP La Ayurá” of Public Companies of Medellín -EPM-, is aimed at improving the quality of the water produced in this installation, guaranteeing the continuity, flexibility and reliability of the operation. Among the projects proposed by the axis of competitiveness and international projection is the Bici region program, which is a system of 11 routes to cycle through the departments of Boyacá, Meta, Cundinamarca, Tolima, Huila and Bogotá D.C, which seek generate or create experiences in tourists, through landscapes, culture and gastronomy, which is only found in the Central Region of Colombia. Additionally, the Central Region is in the execution of the trans-Andean project, which is an initiative focused on continuing to increase the offer of bicycle tourism on behalf of the Central Region. Likewise, it will be an initiative that will not only seek a connection between all the associates of the entity, but also, for the first time, all the associated territories will be integrated into a single regional tourism project, becoming the most important route in the Region Central. This document describes the activities carried out by topographic engineering students during the support process in the design, development, consolidation, systematization and reporting of information focused on the generation of cartographic products through the articulated use of geographic information systems ( GIS) and the areas of topography knowledge contributing to the requirements proposed by the axis of competitiveness and international projection of the Administrative Region and Special Planning.Ítem APOYAR EN LA ELABORACION DEL PLANO RECORD, MEDIANTE LEVANTAMIENTOS TOPOGRAFICOS, PLANOS E INFORMES TECNICOSBetancourt Martinez, Nicolas; Quintana Puentes, RobinsonThe evolution of cartographic production has enabled access to new technologies through automation, contributing to the development, execution, and final products of cartography. The goal is to provide the community with a base map from which new projects—whether in roadways, hydraulics, or civil works—can be developed. In this context, entities such as the Bogotá Water Supply Company (EAAB) and private companies like APF Ingeniería S.A.S. ensure the reliability of the topographic and cartographic products created. The purpose of this internship project was to carry out and verify all the necessary phases to produce a quality product, approved by EAAB-ESP, within a methodological work plan spanning ten to twelve weeks.Ítem Apoyar la actualización de la base de datos de gravimetríaGuio Fandiño, Jennifer Lorena; Quintana Puentes, RobinsonThe need to contribute with the updating procedure of the GRAVEDAD database for the AGUSTIN CODAZZI INSTITUTE (IGAC), was the basis for the realization of this project in the internship mode, during the process the debugging, schematization and visualization of the information, excel archives, free software Pgadmin and Qgis were used. The database of Gravity was updated according to the standards of the GIT DE GESTION GEODESICA, CARTOGRAFIA AND GEOGRAPHIC has 5 schemes that allow the user to identify the field portfolios in the SIGNAR Network and the corresponding portfolios from 2008 to 2018, to its Once you find the Gravdata and Gravnetg files, data provided in two schemes that allowed the development of the geographic database with visualization in pgadmin and qgis. This was a great opportunity to put into practice the skills and knowledge acquired during the training process at the Francisco José de Caldas District University. Initially it is important to highlight some geographical information of this Boyacense municipality, which is located in the west of Boyacá about 50 km from Chiquinquirá, its name is given in homage to General Manuel Briceño, and it was founded on April 25, 1890. This municipality has a slope towards the middle Magdalena and has a broken topography, with a lot of vegetation, fauna and has a humid tropical climate. It limits to the north with the municipalities of Tunungua and Albania in Santander, to the south with Pauna and to the east with Saboya and Chiquinquirá. This municipality is made up of 14 villages. Regarding the economy, this place is based on agriculture with floriculture as the main exploitation, from there guava, soursop, lulo and blackberry stand out. Livestock is also in second place as a farm made up mostly of Creole breeds used for dual purposes for meat and milk production. Mention of these data is made since it is there, where it is possible to be a participant in projects in a great advance not only personally, but because there is an opportunity for improvement in updating the maps of the water basins of this region, the The idea of this update is to identify strategic or risk points that are the basis for those who work in the plant to move forward and continue with the risk mitigation projects in the municipality due to the heavy rains that have occurred in recent years and that have affected communication between villages and neighboring municipalities. In order to provide a valuable contribution to the municipality, the most recent cartography was searched on portals such as Colombia in Maps and the information already available to the mayor's office, thus identifying 3 basins of great importance in the community that have been affected by the winter wave, leaving the municipality incommunicado on different occasions, the idea of this update is precisely to know those critical points that are deteriorating mobility in the region. These 3 basins are known in the sector as; Zapote, Guayabal and Sabama. Throughout this report we will delve a little deeper into them and the results obtained.Ítem Apoyo a la dirección de investigación y prospectiva del Instituto Geográfico Agustín Codazzi en la elaboración de material académico relacionado con los sistemas de información geográfica para la realización de cursos virtuales orientados a la gestión catastral del paísGómez Mape, Astrid Carolina; Quintana Puentes, RobinsonThis degree work exposes the methodology and the results obtained from the elaboration of the academic material of basic cartography, in which the implementation of geographic information systems (GIS) is addressed.
