This is why 24 of the 37 Territorial Health Directorates (DTS) that met the established inclusion criteria were selected and participated in this diagnosis, in which recommendations are included that can be contemplated within the occupational safety and health management system under the guidelines of the integrated management systems of ISO 31000:2018 and ISO 45001:2018.Ítem Diagnóstico de Peligros a Través de la GTC 45 para Establecer Medidas de Control en Arcillas Terranova S.A.S. Bogotá D.C.Baquero Erazo, Andrea Xiomara; Gamba Robayo, Eduard Augusto; Rodríguez Franco, Yissely Katherin; Jiménez Parra, JairoThis document presents the hazard diagnosis realized in the company ARCILLAS TERRANOVA S.A.S, Bogotá D.C., through the GTC 45 Version 2012 and sets the risk control measures in the organization. First of all, were identified the processes that the company realizes with its respective activities: productive process (clay extraction, clay storage in drawer feeder, grinding, topping, mixing, extruding, cutting, drying, filling of the oven, baking and defrosting) and administrative process (Work tasks in detail and documents fingering, office works as folders and documents manipulation, cleaning of offices and bathrooms, displacement to meetings), for each of these activities were associated the possible hazards to which the organization workers could be exposed. Likewise, the characterization of the exposure was realizes based on environmental monitoring, which is defines in GATISO for pneumoconiosis taking into account in the first instance the characterization of the circumstances and secondly the characterization of the environment. It should be added that, in the characterization of the circumstances, is established that the raw material for the production of the products is the clay, which in its composition contains Silica (SiO2) that during the manipulation can be converted into Crystalline Free Silica powder, an etiological agent of the generation of Silicosis and other pneumoconiosis. Also during the activities of extraction, grinding and topping, the greatest dispersion of silica powder is presented, due to the nature of these activities and the state of maintenance of the machinery used in these stages. In addition to the above, is defined that the organization has not established any control against exposure to crystalline free silica dust because the management of the company does not know that exposure to this type of dust can cause significant effects in the health of the worker. On the other side, for the characterization of the environment, and sociodemographic survey was carried out on the workers, where it was shown that 58% of them have a cumulative time of exposure to crystalline silica dust greater than 10 years, that 73% are active smokers and that 7% of the latter have suffered or suffer respiratory diseases associated with possible pneumoconiosis. Respect to the place or the working environment, could be seen during the visits to the company's facilities the exposition to crystalline silica dust in almost all areas of work. Another aspect that is taken into account for the characterization of the environment, are the work shifts that are 8 hours a day from Monday to Friday (40 hours a week) and which in the months of December and January can be extended 2 hours more ( 50 hours per week); in the last instance, from the documentary review, it is established that the organization does not deliver the elements of individual protection to workers, this can also be evidenced by the photographic record taken during visits to the organization's facilities. Moreover, the identification of the hazards, the evaluation and valuation of the risks were carried out, and from the qualification are defined as priority risks those valued as Non Acceptable and Acceptable with specific control, among which we can mention the Conditions of Safety 62% (inadequate conditions of order and cleanliness, falls at the same level, projection of materials, among others.), Biomechanics 17% (repetitive movements, manual manipulation of loads and long standing posture) and Chemicals 12% to free crystalline silica powders which may lead to possible pneumoconiosis and, in the worst case, silicosis in exposed workers. Finally, the intervention measures were defined for each of the identified hazards and from the prioritization of the risks, the short-term programs were established (Program of prevention of silicosis by exposure to inorganic crystalline free silica dust, Program Prevention of Musculoskeletal Disorders, Locative Maintenance Program, Electro and / or Machine Maintenance Program for Machinery, Equipment and Tools and Program of Selection, Use and Maintenance of Endowments and Individual Protection Elements), medium-term programs ( Emergency Preparedness and Care Program and Order and Cleaning Program), long-term programs (Auditory Conservation Program, Vibration Exposure Prevention Program during excavation, Public Risk Program, Road Safety Program and Storage of Materials) and the plans for the same management in Arcillas Terranova S.A.S, such as induction, training and retraining, inspections, occupational medical evaluation and health promotion and prevention.Ítem Diagnóstico de Peligros en los Procesos Químicos de la Empresa de Galvanoplastia “Nicrozinc Ltda.”, con Base en la Norma Gtc-45 para Establecer Protocolos de Seguridad y EmergenciaQuintero Cortés, Luisa Fernanda; Virguez Huertas, Ivonne Lizeth; Jiménez Parra, JairoThe purpose of this dissertation is diagnose hazards based on the GTC-45 standard of the Galvanoplasty company "NICROZINC LTDA." The principal activity of this company is chrome plating, nickel plating and zinc plating of auto- Parts, those activities are composed of effluents, fumes and / or fog from chemical and electrochemical baths that are characterized by their toxic pollutant in terms of cyanide content, heavy metals, acids and alkalis, among others. Due to the use of the different chemicals that are present in the company's processes, the administrative and operational workers are directly or indirectly exposed to them, most of them are highly toxic, corrosive, explosive, flammable and polluting. It could cause a lot of possible situations danger or emergency, whether derived from the process or by poor handling of these substances, which are potentially polluting for the health of workers due to their characteristics, being considered, among other things, inhibitors of biological treatments of liquid waste and directly affect the health of human beings. In order to accomplish the general objective of this monograph, a diagnosis was made under the GTC-45 standard, which allowed to identify and evaluate the hazards to which the company's personnel are exposed, listing the processes, zones and / or places, Activities and tasks made to indicate whether those tasks are performed routinely or not, where the type of hazard (Chemical, Biomechanical, Biological, Physical and Psychological) is evaluated under a classification, it was checked if there are controls and evaluation of hazards taking into account the deficiency, exposure, level of probability, level of consequence, level of risk and estimation of hazard was made after such classification according to the meaning of the level of risk , then an action plan was made for the control of the risks and the intervention measures were established in order to minimize the possible affections or problems to the human health that could be present by the characteristics of its activities or by an unexpected event.Ítem Diagnóstico General del SG-SST y Propuesta de Control para Evalúa Salud IPS S.A.SGonzalez Viveros, Ingrid Paola; Gonzalez Correa, María Alejandra; Jiménez Parra, JairoThe present document, presents the diagnosis of the system of management of health and safety in the work done to the company that provides health services Evaluá S.A.S. the foregoing based on the evaluation of minimum standards according to decree 1111 of 2017, Subsequently, through the application of the GTC 45 matrix, hazards are identified, evaluated and assessed for the above with the objective of proposing control measures according to the prioritization of risks.Ítem Diseño de protocolos de seguridad para el riesgo químico mediante las metodologías del SGA y la GTC 45 para la empresa Pinta PintorTorres Cárdenas, Paula Andrea; Gómez Fernández, María Angélica; Jiménez Parra, JairoThis work is carried out in order to design safety protocols for chemical risk using the SGA and GTC 45 methodologies, which allows defining the most appropriate intervention measures to prevent, mitigate, or eliminate the identified risk factors. the Pinta Pintor company. The foregoing is basically due to the importance that is given in the first measure to obtaining the product and with less relevance to the aforementioned aspects. For this reason, this research compiles the chemical products used in the leather tanning process in the company Industria de Curtidos la Sabana S.A.S. and through the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labeling of Chemicals (GHS), identifies the physical hazards, hazards to health and the environment, hazard class and danger category of each product, in order to unify the prioritization criteria. This evaluation indicated that most of the products used represent health-related hazards such as severe eye injuries with 77.4%, skin corrosion with 45.2%, organ damage (Mainly the respiratory system) with 45.2% for products with exposure single and 25.8% for products with repeated exposures and 16.1% of products can cause cancer. It is important to mention that 19.4% of the products represent physical hazards such as flammable liquids and the sodium sulfide classified within substances and mixtures that undergo spontaneous heating. For the environment, 35.5% of the products used represent long-term danger to the aquatic environment and 32.3 in the short term. Based on this information, the manual for the management of chemical risk is constructed with the substances that, due to their hazard category 1, 2 and 3, represent the greatest risk, where for each stage: storage, use and handling, elimination and intervention measures are establish strategies for their treatment.Ítem Elaboración del plan de contingencias para el transporte terrestre de hidrocarburos, derivados o sustancias nocivas de la Empresa Transportes Vigía.Pérez Castellanos, José David; León Rodríguez, Alexander; Holguín Muñoz, Juan Pablo; Jiménez Parra, JairoThe transport of dangerous goods overland can represent a latent threat to various environments and individuals that directly or indirectly act in the transportation process.
