Resumen
The purpose of this dissertation is diagnose hazards based on the GTC-45 standard of the Galvanoplasty company "NICROZINC LTDA." The principal activity of this company is chrome plating, nickel plating and zinc plating of auto- Parts, those activities are composed of effluents, fumes and / or fog from chemical and electrochemical baths that are characterized by their toxic pollutant in terms of cyanide content, heavy metals, acids and alkalis, among others. Due to the use of the different chemicals that are present in the company's processes, the administrative and operational workers are directly or indirectly exposed to them, most of them are highly toxic, corrosive, explosive, flammable and polluting. It could cause a lot of possible situations danger or emergency, whether derived from the process or by poor handling of these substances, which are potentially polluting for the health of workers due to their characteristics, being considered, among other things, inhibitors of biological treatments of liquid waste and directly affect the health of human beings. In order to accomplish the general objective of this monograph, a diagnosis was made under the GTC-45 standard, which allowed to identify and evaluate the hazards to which the company's personnel are exposed, listing the processes, zones and / or places, Activities and tasks made to indicate whether those tasks are performed routinely or not, where the type of hazard (Chemical, Biomechanical, Biological, Physical and Psychological) is evaluated under a classification, it was checked if there are controls and evaluation of hazards taking into account the deficiency, exposure, level of probability, level of consequence, level of risk and estimation of hazard was made after such classification according to the meaning of the level of risk , then an action plan was made for the control of the risks and the intervention measures were established in order to minimize the possible affections or problems to the human health that could be present by the characteristics of its activities or by an unexpected event.
