These provisions may also be presented in this subject in favor of or against the debates that arise in the middle of the concept of gender and the education system at present, in addition it could be presumed that these could threaten social ideals that seem accepted and promoted, but not linked to the educational environment in a formal way yet, some of them are known as: gender diversity, free development of personality, diversity in the forms of love. Under this situation supported by reference frameworks of legal, conceptual and historical order corresponding to Institutional Educational Project concepts, PEI management model, gender concept and characterization, investigative methodological processes are developed that correspond to orientations of ethnographic studies, giving the place that it corresponds to the teaching perception of the concept of gender and education as elements of the societies presented to approach the development of descriptions and analyzes about ideas, beliefs, meanings, knowledge, group practices, cultures and communities. In this way, the proposal is an approach to curricular orientations that address the ministerial needs raised in the education program for sexuality and the construction of citizenship. This proposal does not intend to develop a new subject to teach, on the contrary, it tries to mark a point of reference about points where the set of transversal processes could be initiated with which the type of knowledge is addressed. Thus, this research starts by showing the first approaches that the national government has implemented in recent years, around bilingualism and its aims to have a bilingual nation by 2025. Then, it shows different ways immersion programs have worked around the world and how they can develop language acquisition in a foreign language and a mother tongue in children between 4 and 6 years, especially highlighting the implementation of a proposal in a dual language immersion program. In this sense, Dual language Immersion models aim to develop communication and cultural skills through the teaching of academic content in two languages, for example, science, math, social studies and language and arts. So this academic content will be taught in the foreign language and in the mother tongue, in that way teachers will not have to use a constant translation of vocabulary during classes. Kids will have the chance of experimenting two learning environment sone in a language they barely know and the other in their own language. the Dual immersion class will work like this: day 1 kids will work in their science, math and language in English and the following day the same subjects will be done in spanish So the student will have the opportunity to learn, share information, knowledge and to understand and communicate in both languages at the same time. any language has a superior role both of them are taught in the same conditions. It was this concern that led the current research process in which he raised the design of an instrument that allows the evaluation of teaching-learning processes in preschool, specifically in children aged 3 to 5 years. With the aim of collecting diverse information, investigative techniques such as the survey and the focus group were used, which were applied to professionals in the educational sector and to parents linked to the Institute of Personalized Education I.D.E.P., located in Funza (Cundinamarca). At the end of this research , strategies for value education " recognition of others " in order to show how it can explain and intencionar value in working with children are designed.Ítem Estado del arte de los proyectos de grado de La Especialización En Gerencia De Proyectos Educativos Institucionales en los años 2013 – 2018Cruz Cicero, Edgardo Antonio; Lozano, Luis AntonioThe objective of this research is to elaborate the state of the art of the degree works carried out in the Specialization of Institutional Educational Projects of the Faculty of Education Sciences of the Francisco José de Caldas District University in the range of years from 2013 to 2018, which are published in the RIUD of the District University under the collection Specialization in Educational Project Management; urges the need to deepen them and establish their relationship with the different lines of research with which said account and quantitatively analyze the information collected by year and by selected categories, according to the structure of the RAE- Educational academic summary, prioritizing the parameters set out in Document UD PAIPA 2010 suggested by the EGPEI. A sample of 63 degree papers in digital format available to the public in the RIUD of the UD was taken. In order to achieve the proposed objective, the descriptive research methodology with the State of the Art approach was selected. The process of data interpretation analysis was followed through the interpretative method, based on the RAEs matrix as the instrument which allowed to organize, categorize and analyze the information, about what has been investigated in the EGPEI degree works. Once the information was collected in the matrix with categories, the information was systematized using the Atlas.ti software, which, through a quantitative analysis, identified the categories and families that would allow the analysis of the information thrown. According to the different categories of systematization, the relations oriented to the fulfillment of the research question were established, such as EGPEI Degree Works per year published in the RIUD, EGPEI Degree Works 2013-2018 published by Educational Management category, Degree assignments advised by Tutor for each year in the EGPEI of the period 2013-2018, Advised Degree Jobs relating tutor, category of Educational Management and year, List of works by types of objective and Educational Management, List of works by Educational Management and Research Lines, List of Jobs by subject area and titles, Relationship of works by Type of research, Educational level of the population in which the pedagogical proposal was developed and applied. Por tal razón este trabajo de grado hace énfasis en la importancia de la articulación funcional entre estas dos gestiones y en la indagación de conceptos, prácticas, elementos teóricos y de referencia que permitan identificar rupturas o distanciamientos que generen desarticulación entre estas dos gestiones. El propósito fundamental de esta investigación es realizar el análisis de la gestión directiva y académica en el Colegio Nuevo San Andrés de los Altos, ubicado en la localidad quinta del Distrito Capital, para formular estrategias que permitan superar la desarticulación entre las mismas. Para conseguirlo inicialmente se indagó sobre las situaciones, conceptos, prácticas o elementos teóricos que pueden ser generadoras de dicho distanciamiento entre lo directivo y lo académico en esta institución educativa, a partir del análisis de los componentes del PEI, resultados de la guía 34, encuestas con docentes y diagnóstico de investigaciones previas a este trabajo. La importancia de la búsqueda de la articulación directiva y académica en la Institución Educativa, se fundamenta en que los fines de la gestión educativa deben ser dirigidos hacia el alcance de los fines de la educación, representados en los propósitos de la gestión académica, por lo cual se debe determinar en qué medida se mantiene una relación entre estas dos gestiones y no una dependencia o subordinación, que en últimas genera separaciones entre la una y la otra, porque se persiguen metas diferentes, en detrimento de la calidad educativa que se espera alcanzar.
