El presente trabajo se centra en la búsqueda de interrogantes sobre la escuela y su quehacer en sociedades complejas y dinámicas como la nuestra, alrededor de la cultura y la convivencia y su relación con aspectos normativos como el Manual de convivencia. En tal sentido el IED COLEGIO GUSTAVO RESTREPO constituye un escenario apropiado por la potencialidad en su contexto, en la medida en que allí convergen diferentes interacciones sociales en la escuela, como la pluralidad cultural, presencia de diferentes subculturas, en una múltiple variedad de significados, lenguajes, concepciones en se entrelazan en un palestra de normas, conflictos, intereses y sobre todo acercarnos a las representaciones e imaginarios de los estudiantes para comprender nuestra asombrosa realidad, las perspectivas y posibilidades que ella tiene, en una sociedad que busca reconocerse a sí misma y construir bases suficientes de respeto y reconocimiento del otro. En consecuencia, las reflexiones giran en torno a la cultura, escenario que nos permite recrear la relación y sentido a los imaginarios en el espacio escolar como mundo social que construye significados, símbolos y lenguajes para comprender las acciones que emergen en la escuela.
Resumen
This paper focuses on the search of questions about the school and its work in complex and dynamic societies like ours, around the culture, the coexistence and their relationship with some normative aspects as the student handbook. In that sense, the IED GUSTAVO RESTREPO school is an appropriate scene for the potencial in its context, to the extend that there converge different social interactions; as the multiculturalism, the subcultures, in a multiple variety of meanings, lenguages and concepts that arewovwn into a set of rules, conflicts and interests that bring us to the representations and imaginary of the students to understand our amazing reality, the prospects and possibilities they have, in a society that seeks to recognize itself and build sufficient basis of respect and recognition of others. Consequently, reflections revolve around culture, scene that allow us to recreate the relationship and the sense of the imaginaries in the school environment, as a social Word that constitutes meanings, symbols, and languages to understand the actions that emerge in the school.
