Resumen
The work addresses the design of a guide that allows to know the steps to implement an Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SG-SST) for distribution logistics microenterprises located in the area of San Victorino in the city of Bogotá D.C , according to Resolution 0312 of 2019, with the aim of mitigating occupational risks, improving working conditions and strengthening business competitiveness. The research used a descriptive approach based on data collection through surveys, documentary review and analysis of regulatory standards, focusing on identifying barriers and proposing improvement strategies. The results revealed a low level of compliance with OSHMS standards in the sector, highlighting deficiencies in the use of personal protective equipment, promotion of active breaks, and training on occupational hazards. There was also evidence of a lack of knowledge of evacuation routes and meeting points, increasing vulnerability to emergencies. It is concluded that the effective implementation of an OSHMS, using the PHVA (Plan, Do, Check, Act) methodology, is essential to reduce accidents, optimize resources and comply with current regulations. Finally, a practical guide is presented that includes a continuous improvement plan, tools for hazard identification, and training strategies, thus promoting safety and health as pillars of sustainable development in the sector.
