Dispositivo de intervención familiar: el taller como apuesta para mejorar la convivencia en familia

Abstract

The family intervention device is a pedagogical proposal designed to strengthen communication and coexistence within homes. Through an interactive and multifunctional workshop, key topics such as assertive communication, active listening and empathy were addressed. The workshop, of a pedagogical didactic nature, used dynamics such as role-playing and creative exercises to facilitate the expression of feelings, reflection on collective dreams and the improvement of family interaction. The intervention focused on promoting life skills, fostering trust and cooperation among family members. Important aspects were addressed such as the importance of working towards common goals, conflict resolution and the impact of shared motivation on family dynamics. Families participated actively, recognizing the effectiveness of these activities to improve empathy and mutual understanding. Through this intervention, an environment of reflection was achieved that allowed families to connect more deeply, identify areas of improvement in communication and strengthen their emotional ties. Overall, the device helped families improve their communication skills, contributing to a more harmonious and respectful coexistence.
