Resumen
This research focuses on analysing the importance of emotions, affections and creativity for the development of socio-emotional skills and how they directly influence the working climate and interpersonal relationships within teams; The impact of leaders is addressed by highlighting their role in creating a healthier and more collaborative work environment.
Furthermore, it is proposed as a process not only of analysis but also of intervention in a community in an organizational environment. The aim is to develop socio-emotional skills that allow employees to manage their emotions effectively, promoting a culture of well-being, collaboration and creativity within organizations. This approach contributes to the personal and professional growth of people and improving both their work performance and their quality of life by targeting Comprehensive Human Development processes.
