Abstract

The schools or educational centers have, among other purposes, to provide services to the community in order to contribute to the formation of the citizens of tomorrow. It is necessary that each academic space has an elaborated and structured project which leads to the institution, as mentioned in the General Law of Education of 1994, in its article 73 which establishes that every institution must have an educational project The objective of this work is to evaluate the efforts of the Institutional Educational Project, making use of the primer No. 34 guide for Institutional improvement, analyzing each of the academic, administrative, financial and community efforts. The analysis focused on administrative management, resulting in an improvement plan.
