Resumen
This project was developed with the aim of carrying out impact assessment of the implementation of Bazero project, implemented in UPZ 75 of the locality of Fontibon, with start date in December 2015 and completion in March 2016. The project was divided into three phases: the first evaluation criteria for the assessment of compliance with the objectives proposed in the project Bazero settled; in the second the perception of the community, craft and recyclers participating entities was assessed once the project is completed and finally in the third phase a proposal where areas for improvement identified during the evaluation included the project was formulated. From the methodological development points where improvement opportunities Bazero focus project by evaluating the efficiency, effectiveness, impact, feasibility, relevance, coverage and participation were identified. The perception of different stakeholders was conducted by applying semi-structured interviews with open questions and a field visit to sites operated by Bazero, which concluded that the project was well received by the three actors and through which they identified relevant to the preparation of the proposal as is the strengthening of environmental education in the sector aspects. Finally for the formulation of the proposal the technical specifications of six projects that will strengthen the point made by the Bazero project were developed and through a prioritization matrix the project with the highest score, which was "Culture of recycling and source separation in the residential, education and business sector” This is based on the articulation between the private sector (traders, industries, private schools) and public sector (district schools, local city hall, recyclers office), for the development of environmental education activities that strengthen the separation at source and improve the selective collection of reusable waste generated locally.
