This research work has been dedicated to, as stated by the objective, `characterize elements and components that configure care and intervention appropriate educational (accompaniment in learning) with differential population, in enclave with a mental health condition, regarding processes in/of school mathematics´. In this journey, the task of identifying attributes of the scenarios in which school mathematical processes and conditions associated with mental health and its consequences coexist various expressions, including the psychiatric variable. As it is, the case to recognize processes and conditions that characterize this population in school environments; analyze curricular components in relation to mathematics from the perspective of processes Y; relate elements of school mathematics and forms of attention and intervention education based on cognitive and emotional processes characteristic of the population.
