Resumen
The educational institution has been considered the background or the entrance door of the subject to the political and social participation, that´s why since the pedagogical practice you must design and implement real strategies for the students participation in order to get them close to the political, social and cultural reality of their communities. This study wanted to link the community radio station resource and the classroom practices in order to promote the students participation throughout real facts of communication with their communities, and this way provide them a critical reading of the main phenomenon and events of the local, regional, national and worldwide environments, which could cause any way of political participation. In this framework, the research was focus on analyze the incidence of this action in the formation of a political culture in a representative group of young people and their reaction and motivation to face the fact to circulate own contents from the perspective of a young person, in the political environment, it means, allow to be read by the community.
