Propuesta para la implementación de herramientas lean para un puesto de trabajo en INACSA SAS

Abstract

The change of location, the growth of brands, the increase in demand, among other factors, have forced the processes to face a change and increase their capacity in an empirical way, leaving aside the standardization of the processes and the possible applicable improvements that go hand in hand with the development they have presented. This results in the need to characterize and know in depth the different work areas, with their specific quantitative details, and with this, establish tools that favor the increase of the production plant capacity in general. For the purposes of this project, the evaluation of the main area of the beginning of the process corresponding to the Quilting section will be made, evaluating the position in which Lean tools could be applicable and effective, as well as identifying which of them would cover the shortcomings of the process
