Resumen
The study was conducted with data from acute respiratory diseases room (living ERA) CAMI 17 Trinidad Galan of the town of Puente Aranda, which are referred all patients of the town and pollution data and precipitation for Puente Aranda stations, Tunal, Carvajal, St. Kitts and Sacred Heart; Data from the Ministry of Environment.
The timing of this study is from the June 21, 2009 until December 31, 2012, by the availability of data. These were divided by quarterly periods of drought and rain.
From these data the reported residence address to create the map location of the patient and record quarterly data in the treated patients was further extracted.
The methodology for analyzing the data under comparison method of Pearson correlation.
This work permits by the method of Pearson correlation analysis of the impact of air pollution on the occurrence of acute respiratory diseases ERA, overcoming the disadvantages of the lack of records of pollution delivered by Secretary of environment, prioritizing potential impacts to the environment and defining the methodology of linear regression analysis and Pearson compared with the permissible data in accordance with national regulations, and precipitation data for time series study.
Among the tools used in development work, are geographic information systems, weather stations and measurement of air pollution and precipitation and morbidity data suministrated ERA in the room was Trinidad Galan district capital.
This method resulted in a positive relationship between the entrances to the hall of acute respiratory diseases and the concentration of PM10 and PM2.5 in the time series, and growth identified in the number of queries during periods of rain and Niño 2010-2011, identifying that there is a relationship between cases of acute respiratory diseases and contamination present in the study area.
