Resumen
This work presents the process of research-creation of a pedagogical strategy that allows the recognition of the dynamics of power established in the classroom, whose objective is framed within the strengthening of the dimensions of human development, such as affectivity and creativity. The target population was composed of 31 seventh grade students of the Santa Clara School, who from the observations made showed difficulties in the establishment of their affective relationships, many of these products of abuse of power or dynamics of domination. Data collection techniques were used, such as field diaries, workshops, surveys and interviews, which allowed the analysis of the information and the subsequent creation of a gamified strategy consisting of 3 levels of play, an application that will allow people that they interact there, investigate a topic as everyday as affective relationships are, through a story that will lead them to make decisions, challenge fears, strengthen their social skills, identify emotions, but above all give shape to a path to be recognized himself and the other; all from an educational context.
