A diagnosis of the existing geospatial information was elaborated, for its respective recognition and analysis with the objective of structuring it in an appropriate way, besides a normative and bibliographical revision that served as reference for the fulfillment of the objectives. The geospatial information existing in the Cundinamarca Governorate is mostly from external entities that are in charge of its production for the elaboration of different projects of public and private character, which in many cases does not have a structure suitable for its administration and storage, The document elaborates describes the methodology used to elaborate the catalog of geographic objects of the department of Cundinamarca, applying technical standards that allow standardization of information (NTC 5661, ISO 19110), and updating and structuring for the existing geographic data model, designing The geodatabases that store the information with the objective of integrating it in a useful and orderly way.
