The sample was formed by 35 employees from the 6 coordination positions that have staff in charge, 6 are administrative and 23 are commercial advisors. This was done through the instrument battery for the evaluation of psychosocial risk factors designed by the Ministry of Social Protection and the Javeriana University (2010). Subsequently, the analysis of the results was carried out, taking into account the variables of the domains, intra-labor dimensions (Type A and B), extra-labor and level of stress, showing the highest risk in the labor market.Ítem Diagnóstico de factores de riesgos psicosocial y estrés en los trabajadores de VIATEL S.A.S.Muñoz Montaño, Edier David; Tocasuche González, Helvert RicardoThe purpose in this paper is to develop a study on working conditions for making up the work environment of the employees of a textile company in the city of Bogota in 2014-2015; where a series of instruments are used to evaluate two variables such as intralaborales psychosocial risks and stress indices based on a descriptive correlational methodology, in order to generate quality work based on the scientific method. Therefore, it is important to bear in mind that the care of this template can not be left to drift, it only demands a greater performance without contemplating the prevention and monitoring of psychosocial risk. It is noteworthy that employers have become aware of the search and inclusion of strategies within the organization in order to benefit their workers in order to achieve efficient productivity and human talent in good physical, mental and emotional conditions. Therefore, this monograph presents a series of studies and cases applied in relation to psychosocial care that have various entities and national and international organizations where the commitment and management carried out within their organizations is evident. The present investigation was based on the development of a survey made to the collaborators where it was identified the importance for the organization to recognize the physical and psychological well-being of the collaborators, addressing the issue of absenteeism from the influence of risk factors psychosocial in order to identify the psychosocial risk factors that influence work absenteeism, there is an interest for the research group and the company in favoring work well-being and improving the quality of life of its employees. This research includes the progressive development from the completion of the survey, application, correlation, processing of data obtained in the field and analysis of results that allow integrating all the variables of psychosocial risk factors. The following project was framed in the type of descriptive, non-experimental, transversal and relational research, developing the application of a questionnaire to 143 collaborators, which took into account the application of the battery of psychosocial risk applied in 2017 in order to identify the psychosocial factors that influence workplace absenteeism in the company. For the identification of sychosocial risk and absenteeism in the company, the sociodemographic profile, the characterization of bsenteeism, the support of expert judges (psychologists specializing in occupational safety and health) who upported the creation of the questionnaire and served as support were used. for the chi-square methodology application where the correlation between the two variables was identified. In this way it was possible to conclude that if there is a correlation between psychosocial risk and absenteeism, the company must also know the importance that exists between these two variables and must apply the recommendations to avoid the hidden costs of absenteeism and absenteeism, for improve the productivity and the conditions of the collaborators.Ítem Modelo de evaluación del desempeño laboral de trabajadores que se desplazan en bicicleta al trabajo en la ciudad de BogotáCórdoba Berrío, Arturo Yesid; Beltrán Rodríguez, Carlos AlirioWorking conditions affect personal life outside of work and what is lived out of work affects positively or negatively the performance of the worker, becoming everything in a cycle that is repeated. Stress is considered as a risk factor that can positively or negatively affect the performance and health of the worker. Among the daily extra-labor events (outside work) in the life of a worker, there is the shift to work. In a large city with mobility problems, daily commuting to work can become a contentious, exhausting and sometimes traumatic event until it becomes a psychosocial risk factor, as stress levels increase. Workers at the operational levels of companies, in large cities, suffer most from mobility problems, invest more time in the movement and use different modes of transport in their movement, mainly public transport and nowadays with greater Incidence of the bicycle. The identification of the psychosocial risk factors in the work is done with instruments technically elaborated and scientifically validated. The present work constructs an instrument of identification and measurement of the psychosocial risk for those who travel by bicycle in Bogota to work.Ítem Riesgo psicosocial y desórdenes músculo-esqueléticos: revisión sistemática de estudios relacionales en trabajadores colombianos entre 2000 a 2017Vanegas Rivera, Ivonne Joliet; Aguilar Cristancho, Nathaly; Jiménez Barrero, EleonoraThe objective of the present work was to execute a qualitative systematic review of the relational studies between the psychosocial risk and musculoskeletal disorders present in colombian workers in the period between the year 2000 to 2017, under a characteristic of systematic qualitative review of national studies, search under clear criteria for its analysis. We found that there are few studies carried out for this association, the majority of them being descriptive and transverse grade studies and few published in indexed or longitudinal correlated journals. However, there is a higher percentage of studies with results that allow the association between the FRPS such as work demands, stress, workday, and work rate and leadership style with DME in the lower back and neck.
