Diagnóstico de riesgo psicosocial en los trabajadores ayudantes de construcción de la Empresa Rover Alcisa Colombia

Abstract

This study aimed to make the diagnosis of psychosocial risk factors in the construction company Rover Alcisa Colombia through the battery management of psychosocial risk factors Ministry of Social Protection of Colombia workers construction helpers, characterized socio-demographic is people, and identify factors intra-labor, extra-labor and stress level through the parameters set by the battery psychosocial risk. One time I made the above identified with a reliability of 94.4% to 34% of the evaluated is in intra-work psychosocial risk high and very high, from which we can infer that these workers are dissatisfied with the nature of their work and organization in relation to guarantee their welfare and health protection; in turn, identified with the same reliability that 38% of those tested is in extra-work psychosocial risk high and very high, indicating that these aides believe there are shortcomings in their family, social and economic dynamics that affect development and well-being as a person and therefore as a worker; and finally managed to recognize a driveability of 88.0% to 55% of the population is at high stress level and very high, indicative of a response to severe and harmful to the health of workers stress.
