Resumen
According to the dynamics of the current economy, which is characterized by fluctuations and sometimes unstable, it generates pressure on entrepreneurs, who at the same time, in order to achieve their missionary objectives, demand greater productivity of their human talent. Therefore, it is important to bear in mind that the care of this template can not be left to drift, it only demands a greater performance without contemplating the prevention and monitoring of psychosocial risk. It is noteworthy that employers have become aware of the search and inclusion of strategies within the organization in order to benefit their workers in order to achieve efficient productivity and human talent in good physical, mental and emotional conditions. Therefore, this monograph presents a series of studies and cases applied in relation to psychosocial care that have various entities and national and international organizations where the commitment and management carried out within their organizations is evident. This is intended to make available a broad database that serves as a guide to organizations that are in the process of implementing these mechanisms of care.
