This intelligent controller is a dynamically focused adaptive fuzzy PID, which is developed and simulated in Matlab's Simulink with the mathematical model of the plant and later coded in the Codesys platform for its implementation. The fuzzy controller coding is done in such a way that the number of calculations required to generate the control signal is optimized in each sampling cycle. In addition, tools are used that allow the correct operation of the controller when it is implemented in a physical system. For the design and implementation of the intelligent controller, the advantages of the conventional PID controller are taken, such as the topology of a PI-D controller, filtering of the reference signal, derivative filter and Anti Wind-Up system in the integral part. A fuzzy PD controller is used, which is tuned by a fuzzy adaptation system with dynamic focus and a proposal for an intelligent integration system is made. The physical implementation of the controller is done with a Soft-PLC prototype based on Raspberry Pi and Psoc, which is debugged and enabled. The developed controller is mounted on the prototype and compared with a conventional PID controller on the plant's cascade tank system, it is evaluated by means of performance and variability terms such as maximum impulse, stabilization time and error variance.Ítem Apoyo en el diseño y parametrización de un control avanzado de proceso (apc) para un proceso petroquímico basado en analítica de datosLopez Blanco, Samuel Raul; Montaña Quintero, HenryThe company where the project was developed contributes to the efficiency of the projects by executing works and assemblies of automation, control and instrumentation, Fire & Gas systems and renewable energy projects with the least use of resources and time. When installing a control system with all its elements in the conceptual and detailed engineering development, the process is ideally conceived, this means that when starting a plant, obvious conditions are considered, but not the detailed ones. It is here where abnormalities that make discontinuous industrial processes begin to emerge, at this point is where professionals specialized in computer systems and industrial automation intervene in such a way that they interact with the process and analyze the possible alternatives to achieve a process. I continue to go beyond the obvious and go into detail to improve the general condition of an industrial plant. The development focuses on the visualization of improvement within a concept of optimization of the process, the objective line being the improvement of the indicators with which the performance of the process is measured and the way of generating the solutions is carried out with the same equipment, measuring instruments and automation equipment. The focus of this project is directed towards the development of control techniques at the software level that allow improving performance translated into more robust, reliable systems and with greater attention to each of the operational details that are observed in the short term in savings. energy costs, reduced maintenance stops and increased production reflected in lower failure condition indicators.Ítem Diseño e implementación de un control difuso de nivel de agua de una planta didáctica de cuatro (4) tanques acoplados ubicado en el grupo de investigación integra.Gordillo Gonzalez, Daniel Felipe; Vargas Sandoval, Karol Johanna; Bohada Porras, Jorge EduardoThis degree work is aligned with the context of development and implementation of integrated automation and control systems, which have been involved in the context of execution of activities of the different sectors of economic and social development of a population, providing quality and efficiency to the provision of services or the creation of new emerging or current products, because although human beings have dedicated their time in history to the creation of new systems or enhancement of existing ones, thus generating a great variety of possible solutions to a problematic. Based on the above, the professional development of a student in the field of knowledge of Automation and control, must contemplate theory and practice in an integrated way as realistic as possible, in order to be able to generate necessary and available skills in the field. The current labor market, in conclusion, the need arises for the provision of equipment or tools that are aligned with existing technological changes, this being a support for the development of teacher classes and student training in the area of Automation and control. As a solution to the current emerging need, the design and implementation of a diffuse water level control was defined in a didactic plant with four (4) coupled tanks to be developed in the Integra research group of the Francisco José de Caldas District University in the technological faculty and having as support a manual of 3 laboratory practices that can be developed in it, this can be used as a support tool for the development of classes by teachers in the areas of Electronics Technology and Automation Engineering and Control, mitigating the technical and technological gap in the integration of multi-variable systems with the management of current and emerging devices. Finally, the quantitative results supported by images and tables are defined. Two types of control with a fuzzy logic base are implemented, such as the Mandani control and the Sugeno-Takagi-Kang control executed in the proposed level didactic plant, thus validating its correct and optimal operation.Ítem Diseño e implementación de un control difuso de temperatura para etapa de calentamiento y enfriamiento de planta térmica del Grupo de Investigación IntegraNoguera Barahona , Jordan Camilo; Ramos Rodríguez , Oscar Eduardo; Porras Bohada, Jorge PorrasThis project contains a proposal for the reconditioning of a thermal teaching plant of the integra research group. The thermal plant has a heating and cooling stage. It is capable of raising and lowering the temperature of the coolant that flows through 2 exchangers located in the two stages. In this project, a diffuse temperature control was implemented for the heating stage and one for the cooling stage. These 2 controls work simultaneously, functioning or ceasing to interact in the process based on the temperature of the process and the temperature to be reached. If it is necessary to raise the temperature, the diffuse heating control operates and the cooling control is used at its minimum. This methodology is applied inversely when it is desired to lower the temperature of the process. To have a functional temperature control, modifications and adjustments were made to the temperature sensors and maintenance to the actuators, which guaranteed the correct operation of the plant.Ítem Fuzzy Inference System based on Boolean and Kleenean Relations with Convex Combiner(Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas) Chacón, Juan; Soriano, Jairo; Salazar, OmarÍtem Implementacion de un control por rechazo activo de perturbaciones (ADRC) en un vehículo de transporte segwayCasas Pira, Henry Daniel; Jiménez Triana, AlexanderIn this document, the design and control of a self-balancing two-wheeled robot is addressed. This is an unstable and highly non-linear system, in which, a platform moves to compensate for the movement of the robot and keep it in balance. To achieve this, the implementation of a route that guarantees balance and robustness against endogenous and exogenous disturbances, such as shoves, slips, unevenness, wind and unmodeled dynamics, must be made. The self-balancing two-wheeled vehicle is based on the inverted pendulum principle. The optimization of the control system of a two-wheeled vehicle has been an area of research in recent years. This is mainly due to its non-linear dynamics where it became an important test platform for the design and development of missiles, automobiles, spacecraft, robots. Although there are different techniques when designing an optimal regulator capable of stabilizing the Segway, not all represent a good option, due to its difficulty of implementation or not to reject disturbances of different types present in a real control system.Ítem Simulación de la planta pasteurizadora del laboratorio de electrónica de la Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas Facultad Tecnológica, control difuso en matlab y sistema scada para las variables de ph, flujo de vapor en la caldera y caudal de líquido de procesoPeralta Ramirez, Boris Adolfo; Herrera Gómez, Miguel Steven; Porras Bohada, Jorge EduardoThis degree work is presented in the context of proposing alternatives that allow to continue with the study of industrial processes at the level of their instrumentation, automation and control, within the framework of a global health emergency such as the one currently experienced with Covid 19, with which the learning processes of higher education must be redefined, since free access to educational spaces such as laboratories and classrooms is restricted.
