Resumen
This degree work is presented in the context of proposing alternatives that allow to continue with the study of industrial processes at the level of their instrumentation, automation and control, within the framework of a global health emergency such as the one currently experienced with Covid 19, with which the learning processes of higher education must be redefined, since free access to educational spaces such as laboratories and classrooms is restricted. In the same way, in the development of a professional in the field of automation and control, it is essential that the theoretical part is aligned with the practice, so that the need arises to develop systems that can simulate industrial processes, such as that of the pasteurization of the milk, to be able to continue with the learning without having to physically access the prototypes and plants. As a solution to the aforementioned need, the simulation of the pasteurizing plant of the Electronics laboratory of the Francisco José de Caldas District University of Technology is presented, in which a previous investigation of the degree works previously carried out on this plant is carried out. in order to obtain the mathematical models of the variables of PH in the doser, steam flow in the boiler and flow of process liquid, to be implemented in Matlab and develop a fuzzy control of the Mamdani type for each of the mentioned variables, from In such a way that an OPC communication is established through the RSLinx Classic server, between Matlab and the Softlogix virtual PLC, where the plant operation programs are carried out. To visualize the response of the controllers and the operation data, a SCADA system is implemented in Factory Talk View. Finally, the results obtained supported by images and tables of the operation of each stage of the plant are presented, as well as the operation of the controllers on the aforementioned variables, thus validating their correct and optimal operation.
