Ítem Análisis costo-beneficio para la implementación de un sistema de bicicletas públicas entre la Universidad Distrital Sede Bosa Porvenir y el Sistema Integrado de Transporte Público de la UPZ PorvenirGuevara Cuervo, Jessica Natalia; Barrantes Gama, Francis Alejandra; Díaz Rodríguez, CarlosThe Integrated Service of Public Transport loses coverage in the sector of Bosa, since it displaces the collective public transport and has new routes, whose regularity turns out to be inefficient to attend the majority of the population that mobilizes in this type of transport, problem that increases the time of displacements, the costs and affects directly the quality of life of the people and of the community in general in the UPZ el Porvenir of the locality of Bosa. For this reason, a cost-benefit analysis of the implementation of a Public Bicycle System between the District University of Bosa Porvenir and the Integrated Public Transport System in the town of Bosa is proposed. To this end the following research question is posed: What are the economic, social and environmental factors that determine the implementation of a Public Bicycle System between the District University and the Integrated Transport System? This is achieved through the use of market tools, a technical-administrative study, the determination of change in environmental quality, financial evaluation and social evaluation. The proposed solution will consist of the development of a mechanical device composed of a mass-spring system that will instantly block the natural movement of the front wheel, causing a partial immobilization of the bicycle. Said immobilization will allow the cyclist to recover the vehicle after experiencing the robbery. The results of the simulations run with the CAM SolidWorks software, by way of tools such as SolidWorks Simulation, and Motion Study, allowed to validate the mathematical models of mechanical stresses and displacements resulting from the impact between the wheel and the device. Likewise, the dimensions and characteristics of the mass-spring system were also verified. An estimate has been made that a little more than 800 people use the bicycle parking lot per day, and around 500 students use the motorcycle parking lot per day. Being the Technological Faculty, one of the most requested in terms of accommodation of bicycles and motorcycles by the university community. This large request for accommodation has caused major security problems, setbacks to get in and out of the Faculty, problems related to the loan of some laboratories and technological and recreational tools for students. In order to enter the different parking lots, it is necessary to deliver your student card, in order to identify yourself with the guards who are in charge. After the warden verifies that everything is in order, the warden gives him a form that he must return when the student wishes to take his means of transport from the Faculty.
