Resumen
The Integrated Service of Public Transport loses coverage in the sector of Bosa, since it displaces the collective public transport and has new routes, whose regularity turns out to be inefficient to attend the majority of the population that mobilizes in this type of transport, problem that increases the time of displacements, the costs and affects directly the quality of life of the people and of the community in general in the UPZ el Porvenir of the locality of Bosa. For this reason, a cost-benefit analysis of the implementation of a Public Bicycle System between the District University of Bosa Porvenir and the Integrated Public Transport System in the town of Bosa is proposed. To this end the following research question is posed: What are the economic, social and environmental factors that determine the implementation of a Public Bicycle System between the District University and the Integrated Transport System? This is achieved through the use of market tools, a technical-administrative study, the determination of change in environmental quality, financial evaluation and social evaluation. Given the above, it is finally established that the implementation of the SBP will benefit the population that makes use of the Public Transport System, since this involves a decrease in transportation fees, reduction of travel times, offers a low cost mobility alternative and mainly high positive environmental and social impact for the community of UPZ El Porvenir in Bosa.
