Resumen
Within the Technological Faculty of the District University, a problem has been presented for students who travel there by bicycle or motorcycle. An estimate has been made that a little more than 800 people use the bicycle parking lot per day, and around 500 students use the motorcycle parking lot per day. Being the Technological Faculty, one of the most requested in terms of accommodation of bicycles and motorcycles by the university community. This large request for accommodation has caused major security problems, setbacks to get in and out of the Faculty, problems related to the loan of some laboratories and technological and recreational tools for students. In order to enter the different parking lots, it is necessary to deliver your student card, in order to identify yourself with the guards who are in charge. After the warden verifies that everything is in order, the warden gives him a form that he must return when the student wishes to take his means of transport from the Faculty. Next, the 3 main problems with this system will be named: the first is that students have to have their identity card, if they do not have to submit a photocopy of their class schedule, the second is that when they receive said The file may be lost and the return of the means of transport may be complicated and the third difficulty is that by leaving the student card in the porter’s office, students lose benefits at the university since in some cases it is necessary to present said card. The proposed solution consists of creating an information system for the parking lot of the technological faculty of the university in which guards, administrators and users can have greater control and ease when registering, entering, expelling and seeing technical traceability of the different means of transport for users, with this he wants to facilitate the tedious process that is carried out today and greatly improve the entry and exit times of the parking lot as well as having greater control over the means of transport entered.
