This document presents different methods and results from which we can decide if the components we add to a private cloud such as storage, computing, virtualization, and software are convergent - consistent by establishing the equilibrium point of this system. Logistic regression and stochastic processes as mechanisms to determine the convergent value and equilibrium point of the system that ensure that hybrid elements will operate properly. Cloud computing and in the specific case of infrastructure as a service implies analyzing the competition for the use of resources ensuring that implicit costs are controllable and to meet this condition it is necessary to determine whether disk technologies, connectivity, processing, virtualization They respond to these rules.

This project arises from the need that exists to quantify the underground water resource, which exists in the different geographical areas of certain regions, which can be carried out by means of a GIS application facilitating the management of information through the development of the technological solution obtaining the information in an agile, efficient and organized way. It is proposed to solve the need to carry out the Design of a GIS application, in hydrogeology for the water balance and potential recharge (Amount of possible water that reaches the aquifer) in the Municipality of Uribia-la Guajira. It also emerges as a solution measure to the problem faced by hydrologists when they need to quantify the water resource of aquifers. Thinking that to meet their need from technology, it could be solved through GIS applied to hydrology, facilitating the information of potential recharge through the design for the development of an application that allows them to streamline the results of said calculations in a faster way reducing the times that currently it is one of the main problems for this process.

In the present work of degree was realized the design, development and implementation of the system of management of work environments for the development of software solutions for the Systems Advisory Office of the Distrital University, in which the development environment is determined within of Docker's client server architecture. This technological solution allows to reduce the time invested for the deployment of environments if it were carried out of individual form allowing to execute a series of sequential commands in the devices belonging to a specific working environment. Providing relevant features such as enabling the communication ports of each of the applications or the version of the application to be managed within the project, generating a standard for the entire project. This in turn tends to reduce human errors taking into account that the administrator of the infrastructure, when interacting only with an initial configuration, both effort and concentration time is reduced radically, without allowing it to become a monotonous task and repetitive, cause of decrease of the attention index.
Integración de lógica lineal temporal a modelos de arquitecturas de software basadas en componentes especificadas a través del cálculo rho-arq

This research work establishes a mechanism to incorporate linear temporal logic to a specified architectural configuration through the rho-arq calculus. This process is performed by interpreting the components and the definition of the system (structure and behavior) of an architectural configuration and the generation of a procedure to build an Atomic Proposition Transition System (APTS) on which the verification of temporary properties is carried out. The visualization of this process is done through an extension of the PintArq application.

A software architecture is a frame that presents different guidelines and patterns for the construction of a computer system. The choice of Architecture is essential to guarantee the success of any application,since the poor choice of an architecture can lead to obstacles when measuring its effectiveness, efficiency and efficacy. It is important to consider the strengths of the team work, but this should not be the only factor to take into account when choosing a software architecture, since an analysis of each particular need is necessary. Big data handling tests many architectures in different domains such as operation, performance, and coupling to provide a solution. According to the above, we want to propose an architectural prototype based on the business logic, infrastructure and existing tools that can provide a solution to the problem of handling massive data and that depending on the needs of each company this comparative guide may serve as input to help make a decision.
Modelo de procesamiento paralelo en arquitecturas heterogéneas para la construcción de grafos en el ensamblaje de-Novo de genomas

In the present project, a massive parallel processing model on heterogeneous architectures was designed to accelerate and facilitate the processing of k-mers in the tasks related to the construction of graphs in the de-novo genomic assembly. The model includes 3 main contributions: a new data structure called CISK to represent in an indexed and compact way the super k-mers and their minimizers and two massive parallelization patterns, one to obtain the canonical m-mers of a set of reads and another to perform the search for super k-mers based on seeds type minimizer. During the project, 4 evaluation processes were performed: - a preliminary evaluation that allowed determining that the de-novo assembly process is the most complex stage and with the highest computational requirements of a typical workflow of genomic and transcriptomic reads, - a second evaluation that showed that the tasks associated with the treatment of k-mers are processes that represent bottlenecks due to their high demand of memory, - a third evaluation that allowed select the disk partitioning techniques based on super k-mers using seeds type minimizer as base methodology for the design of massive parallel computing model to process k-mers on heterogeneous platforms, - and finally an evaluation of the proposed model that evidenced its advantages obtaining a speed-up of 4.31x on similar processes in highly recognized k-mers counting tools that perform parallelization in CPU. The model implementation code is available in the repository https://github.com/BioinfUD/K-mersCL. This implementation consists of a host code and two kernels in OpenCL, one for canonical minimizer and another for signature.

This paper presents the design and structuring of a geographic portal for GEIPER research hotbed. This work will allow students, teachers and other researchers to consult, through the use of geographic web services, spatial elements of great importance such as topographic, cartographic and thematic maps, optical and radar images, mosaics, spectral signatures and other spatial information provided by external parties and information produced within the projects developed in the research hotbed. The aim is to enable the visualization of available information from works and/or workshops carried out in subjects such as cartography, remote sensing, GIS, radar and radar interferometry through any geospatial software that allows the connection of WMS/WMTS services; so that those interested (research communities in the city-region as well as national and international communities) in the subject have an access that meets the international standards dictated by the Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC). In addition to defining the protocols for access to information so that the portal administrator can update and add the information contained in the research hotbed.

In order to analyze alternative solutions to the problems of concurrency and high user demand for current applications, herein an analysis model of actors is made, from the construction of an architectural prototype that cares, also by the elements described by The Reactive Manifesto: responsiveness, resilience, elasticity and messages driven. This report elaborate the work out of design, the development and the performance testing, in search to conclude if the proposal constitutes an adequate solution.

Product of the technological revolution of the last decades are emerging a great amount of information systems that usually are constructed on different platforms and programming languages, however the availability, validity and integrity of the information are needs that have to be followed mainly fulfilling solutions that are implemented for business environments, an example is the ERP (enterprise resource planning in Spanish), which feed on various sources of information and have a large number of business rules that obey interests of multiple areas of the organization (commercial, administrative, managerial or operational), reviewing the issue on a large scale for the integration of these platforms there are business buses which interpret and translate the passage of messages between same, however, if an organization ion will contemplate the initiative to try to decentralize its functionalities by moving them to a mobile environment would find a barrier to fulfill this desire due to the low availability of resources in this environment, not to mention that opportunities for improvement when operating with this type of applications should be reflected in a more versatile and transversal business support that allows both a complex and robust management of the business logic layer in order to respond and adapt to the variations of the environment with increasingly portable and integrated implementations the use of geographic tools.

The fourth industrial revolution has led to a constant technological evolution, leading organizations to look for continuous improvement, adapting their business to the modern market and competitiveness through innovation. Organizations have the challenge of creating bigger and more complex systems in a short time and without exceeding costs. With different technologies and architectures, organizations have difficulty in maturing and standardizing their processes of software development. Due to this, a lot of effort is invested in the details of implementation and, to a lesser extent, in other relevant aspects such as the quality and the logic of the business. Currently, in the software development industry, there are no tools capable of generating a complete code structure based on a defined architecture and with the implementation of best practices. There are tools capable of providing a generic code that, although they save a lot of effort to the developer, it depends on him/her to ensure the correct structure of the architecture and the implementation of best practices and standards of the organization. This document shows how, through modern architectures and research of good development practices, it is possible to propose a prototype code generator for REST Services from data definition language. Likewise, special importance is given to the process of creating the database model, since the successful outcome of the project depends on this to a great extent. The above, in order to support organizations, in their different areas, for the creation of projects. Additionally, the research process and methodology are exposed along with the use of the architecture and the tools necessary for the construction of the artifacts that compose it.
Tester para evaluar drivers de comunicación que funcionen bajo el protocolo IEC 60870-5-104

In the electrical industry is used the protocol IEC 60870-5-104 in the communications of telecontrol of the electrical, however the drivers developed for this purpose, usually present problems in its development stage, that is why a tool is proposed That is able to evaluate and diagnose said drivers, to detect in time their anomalies or to indicate the limitations thereof.
