The present methodology sets forth the procedure for the preparation, design, and formulation of the integral environmental costs platform for the la Florida nursery of the Botanical Garden of Bogotá, hereinafter referred to as "PICA VLF-JBB", which is established from of specific actions that allowed the development of the methodological study satisfactorily; (Human and physical, intrinsic), structure of the productive process, propagation activities (Sexual and asexual), personnel (Direct and indirect), materials inherent in consumption, inputs and raw materials ; the analysis and background evaluation of methodological tools developed in advance; the study and determination of the cost model and the design of the administrative tool to evaluate the costs incurred by the area of propagation of the vivero la Florida of the Botanical Garden of Bogotá in the propagation process. This report contains detailed information on the management and organization of costs, based on activity-based costing and activity-based management, for adoption and preparation by platform users, in this case, technical and administrative staff the vivero Florida, and the Botanical Garden of Bogotá, as agreed.
