Guía práctica para la optimización de funciones laborales en empresas medianas del sector manufacturero en Bogotá D.C.

Abstract

The project focused on creating a practical guide to optimize work functions in medium-sized manufacturing companies in Bogotá. Initially, the issues related to the execution of work functions were identified, and specific objectives were set to address these challenges. Through a virtual survey, information was gathered on the work environment and organizational development within these companies. The results were analyzed to gain a better understanding of their situation. Subsequently, various techniques and methodologies were evaluated to determine which ones could be adapted to the needs of the companies. These methodologies were classified using a comparison matrix, which allowed for the selection of the most suitable solutions. The guide was developed in an e-book format, offering a practical and structured approach to improving the organization and execution of work functions. The guide was conceptualized after an ideation and design process, refined through feedback, and a final format was chosen that was accessible and easy for companies to use. Finally, security measures were implemented to manage the information, ensuring that the content remains protected. This project provides companies with a useful tool to improve productivity and the efficiency of their operations. The project concluded with the presentation of the guide as a minimum viable product for an effective solution to the identified issues. The implementation of this guide has the potential to improve productivity and the work environment within companies in the sector, facilitating the adoption of better organizational practices.
