Abstract

COMESTIBLES JYM SAS is committed to offering nutritional products to the entire Colombian population at a low cost, ensuring the safety of each of the processes and employing human talent with the best skills. Currently, it is evident that the lack of planning leads to neglecting important aspects in production and that waste, reprocessing, fluctuations in the quality of the products, stock break, among others are reflected. Additionally, they do not have their administrative and operational processes documented and standardized. For this reason, the board of directors has recognized the importance of implementing a quality management system based on the ISO 9001: 2015 standard, which will allow it to largely correct the difficulties that have been occurring in the organization, and will also promote the good planning and execution of projects that are currently in process and that will lead to position the brand as a leader in the business market.
