Abstract

This proposal is based on the analysis of the different emotions and affections that teachers use to live and coexist with others in harmony, empathy, respect, tolerance in teamwork and in recognizing the enormous need to conceive of the human being as a everything integrated that interacts permanently with the environment, the teachers participating in the research; allowed to consolidate fundamental aspects of school life, strengthening the processes of integral formation, significantly contributing to the socio-affective process within the educational community.
