Resumen
This proposal is based on the analysis of the different emotions and affections that teachers use to live and coexist with others in harmony, empathy, respect, tolerance in teamwork and in recognizing the enormous need to conceive of the human being as a everything integrated that interacts permanently with the environment, the teachers participating in the research; allowed to consolidate fundamental aspects of school life, strengthening the processes of integral formation, significantly contributing to the socio-affective process within the educational community.

Esta propuesta se basa en el análisis de las diferentes, emociones y afectos que manejan los docentes al vivir y convivir con otros en armonía, empatía, respeto, tolerancia en el trabajo en equipo y en reconocer la enorme necesidad de concebir al ser humano como un todo integrado que interactua permanentemente con el entorno, los docentes participantes en la investigación; permitieron consolidar aspectos fundamentales de la vida escolar, fortaleciendo los procesos de formación integral, aportando significativamente el proceso socio afectivo dentro de la comunidad educativa.
