Resumen
The Francisco José de Caldas District University in order to strengthen its administrative management has implemented an integrated management system, but has not managed to generate mechanisms that allow its continuous improvement, for that reason, presents flaws Related to documentation, allocated resources, monitoring, measurement and control of each process. That is why in this work modifications were made to the citizen service process, based on the current documentation, the analysis of the associated requirements and their relationship with the strategic platform, the information given in the meetings with the Staff of the Office of Complaints, claims and attention to the citizen, contributing to improve the communication and institutional image and strengthening of the integrated management system of the university.
