Resumen
Amputee soccer is a sport discipline that has been gradually expanding and gaining recognition around the world, it is in the process of being accepted as a Paralympic discipline, particularly in Colombia, the efforts to form a federation that facilitates the formalization of the discipline at the national level continue. GLADIADORES F.C.A. is an amputee soccer club in the city of Bogota. The purpose of this study is to diagnose the business environment and design the value chain that supports the formalization process of the sports club. It contains the details of the management carried out in the period of three and a half years, a period in which, through an administration based on strategic direction, the club sought to direct its processes towards the formalization of the organization at the sports and administrative level. To this end, the problem question is the following: “What are the strategic factors of the management model that affect the formalization of the soccer club of amputees gladiators Bogotá?” Taking into account the social reality of the club, being a club of adapted sports, necessarily the focus had to be around the human being. The problémica question is answered through the collection of information from the athletes, as the main source of data. by means of instruments such as interviews, surveys and an observation log supported by photographic material. The instruments were based on the ISO 26000 international standard on corporate social security, taking into account the type of population. It was possible to observe the importance of the human factors that generate well-being and quality of life (adequate remuneration, transparency, human rights, community participation and development, fair operating practices, environment and governance) within the organization and administrative management of sports organizations and their fundamental participation in the path towards the sports and business formalization of this type of organizations, in the specific case, adapted sports club. It is important to highlight the importance of entities such as the Colombian Ministry of Sport and the International Olympic Committee to adjust their efforts and formalize the discipline, a process that will facilitate its potential development at national and international level. Specifically in Colombia, it is necessary that the National Federation of Amputees as the governing body focuses its efforts on ensuring the creation and operation of leagues at the departmental level and a serious annual sports competition structure that allows the formal development of the discipline in the country.
