The deterioration of the environment has been identified since man has been able to consume more and more, thought of only in satisfying their needs. This has made environmental components each passing day unlimited run out. That is why businesses today are concerned about finding new options that lead to lower impacts. Therefore the design of a measuring instrument of corporate social responsibility criteria ecological intelligence focused construction industry in Bogotá was raised. This research of theoretical bases from environmental psychology and the incorporation of environmental approaches derived from this, with the referent of social responsibility; resulting in the emergence of a new concept such as ambient intelligence in the construction sector, which is the ability of companies to generate the highest socio-environmental benefit, both internally and externally; thus creating an instrument which indicates a level of corporate social responsibility that seeks improvements in industries.To achieve this objective a questionnaire through which ecological intelligence with which workers have measured, to thereby know the responsibility that the construction is placed either low medium or high is made. It is carried out with an assessment of Likert scale to meet attitudes and behaviors of aspects such as environment, health, responsibility, and radical transparencies among others. Pertaining to (Two hundred) 200 workers from the productive part of the construction works divided into (VIS) and no work of social interest (NO VIS). The instrument of social responsibility criteria ecological intelligence obtained high reliability, allowing to establish a significant correlation between environmental factors intelligence test. Observed data and analysis, around the pilot application of this instrument, provide sufficient information to determine who has a valid and reliable for later use with a larger sample evidence scale.
