Abstract

This project shows a methodology to carry out the implementation of a system of use of salts resulting from evaporation and drying of rejection from the reverse osmosis process; to do this, the PMP methodology was used by making an initial diagnosis of the wastewater treatment plant (PTARI), comparing the advantages that are presented when taking advantage of the salts that according to the analysis of x-ray fluorescence in a greater proportion of potassium is presented, to finally present the project to the company's directives, the next phase was process engineering in which a description of the industrial stages and processes of the use was made; Phase 3 consists of the sizing of equipment and services that describe unit operations and processes, matter and energy balance, shedule, equipment, variable and labor schedules; for phase 4 a market study of the chemical compound to be treated was carried out and finally this is the human resource management phase where the definition of the positions and profiles necessary for the operation of the plant.
