Resumen
ABSTRAC. This report contains the relevant aspects of the work in internships developed in partnership between the University Francisco José de Caldas and Secretary of Education of Bogotá in the Curricular Reorganization project cycles. This work collects the experience observed by the guidelines applied with descriptions of what happened in cycles 1, 2, 3 where various application thereof, it is necessary to clarify that there was a continuous process in any of these educational institutions, but this it was not an impediment to find similarities and general similarities from the cycle. It has tried to capture here what has been this process, how to experience it from socioaffective, with the application of the guidelines from what socio affective development of intrapersonal and interpersonal axis and assertive communication. And last such significant features observed in each cycle language.
