Apoyo administrativo y optimización de procesos en el programa Deporte de 0 a 100 del IDRD

Abstract

This report documents the internship carried out at the District Institute of Recreation and Sports (IDRD) in the "Sports from 0 to 100" program, with the main objective of strengthening administrative processes through identifying exceptions and implementing continuous improvement strategies. During the internship period (November 2024 - March 2025), activities were executed in three key phases: induction and diagnosis, optimization of administrative management, and PDCA cycle implementation. Main results included reviewing approximately 200 contractual folders, ensuring compliance with parameters established in Law 2210 of 2022; updating databases with emphasis on WhatsApp numbers to streamline communication; developing an explanatory table to standardize documentary review; and providing administrative support at the San Cristóbal CEFE in the adult swimming program. As main conclusions, contractual review processes were identified as extensive due to their rigor, recommending the creation of an intern functions manual and strategic use of WhatsApp as a priority communication channel.
