Construcción y actualización de información base del proceso de gestión de la información bibliográfica para el desarrollo y avance de la política 4: modernización de la gestión administrativa, financiera y del talento humano, Dentro del marco del plan estratégico de desarrollo 2008-2016 de la Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas

Abstract

This document presents eight (8) months work in the District University Francisco José De Caldas Planning Area, developing activities focused on the updating of the Bibliographic Information Management Process, such as: designing, adjustment, standardization and documentation of procedures, construction of support information for the study of workloads, and construct and/or validate the indicators and the risk map Process. Through interviews, review of current information, and following the guidelines provided by the SIGUD, it was possible to obtain as a result the complete update of the documentation associated with the Bibliographic Information Management Process, as well as the construction of workload times of the staff of the Library Section responsible for the execution of each of the procedures. In addition, the validation and adjustment of the indicators and the risk map Process were carried out, allowing the performance evaluation and a relevant and coherent Risk Management through the elaboration of an Improvement Plan that increase the probability of objective success, in order to contribute to the continuous improvement of the Process.
