It is understood that the vision of a company that provides telecommunications elements is to market its products or services initially in a local market and then according to its development to an international market, therefore, any factor that contributes to the good expansion of coverage commercial or distribution at a national or international level during the different stages, will be well assumed by these companies or market, and even more so if it contributes directly to the development of new ideas, the healthy growth of infrastructure, technology and the ability to spread internet connectivity in our country. (FORBES COLOMBIA, 2023). For projects, ideas, improvements and implementations, whether low or high cost, that are executed in companies in the sector, it is necessary to demonstrate all the factors with viable arguments for their subsequent execution, therefore it is always required to carry out a detailed study in the that is determined through different processes, an analysis with all its relevant probabilities in which a decision may entail risks, so the function of this work is to contribute to the decision making of these companies in the opening of new headquarters in a city or country, with the visualization of all the possible scenarios and risks that these may bring in the future. Consequently, the decision was made to carry out a study where the objective was to “CREATE A HIERARCHICAL PROCESS THROUGH THE AHP METHOD IN MAKING DECISIONS FOR THE OPENING OF OFFICES IN TELECOMMUNICATIONS COMPANIES” where it is sought that, based on a process and its different formats, it contributes to a comfortable concerted decision-making in which the greatest number of possible factors and a systematic overview are taken into account in order to reduce risks in to a large extent, in addition to implementing it as an example in a company in the sector with the objective of determining its contribution and effectiveness to the solution of the common mishaps that this market usually has.
