Resumen
This thesis was developed at ASOVEG-CINJUDESCO, a community organization in Rafael Uribe Uribe, Bogotá, with the goal of strengthening the communication skills of children attending the organization through theater workshops. Through methodologies such as Educational Action Research and Dialogic Learning, verbal and nonverbal expression, body awareness, teamwork, and self-confidence were promoted in a creative and safe environment. Theater was approached as a pedagogical tool to enrich staging and the construction of subjectivity, highlighting its value in non-formal education. Additionally, the transformative role of non-profit social organizations in creating supportive and equitable spaces was reflected upon, where art and popular education offer alternatives to exclusion and urban violence.
