Diseño de una vivienda unifamiliar bajo principios de bioclimática y bioconstrucción en la Vereda Fátima

Abstract

The seedbed of agroecology research Hitcha since 2014 has worked together with the community of the village of Fatima, in search of a holistic and agroecological development in its territory. Since the village is in the area of the forest reserve forest eastern Bogota, the CAR dictates parameters that regulate the permanence of the community demanding the management of pre-existing housing. The property "Méndez", member of the village, presents one of the pre-existing homes with the highest degree of deterioration; this work is a response to the housing problem observed in the place, thus generating a solution accessible to the community, providing optimal economic and environmental alternatives. This work develops simple architectural strategies to generate thermal comfort inside the house, in the same way the construction materials and appropriate technologies are evaluated and selected, which were evaluated with respect to variables such as: Location, availability of materials of the territory, capacity economic, legal constraints of the Forest Reserve, and others.
