Abstract

The following is the specification of the internship proposal that will be carried out on the Bus esCool platform. The purpose of the project is to propose the analysis, design and implementation of a technical support and customer service module on this technological platform as a scalability strategy as a result of the growth in the number of users and customers. This solution will allow the improvement of the service experience, and to be able to give agile and personalized answers to the needs of the different actors within the communication process, ensuring that users remain satisfied with the service provided by the company, thus achieving greater loyalty, improving customer relations and generating more pleasant, timely and efficient experiences.
