Abstract

The company HYDRA MANUFACTURAS S.A.S offers solutions in the sustainable management of water through the operation and maintenance of domestic wastewater treatment plants, industrial wastewater and wastewater with pathogenic content, at this moment it is providing the operation and maintenance of the fat water treatment plant (PTAR) of the San Roque shopping center located in the municipality of Cajicá, with the elaboration of this project a criticality analysis was implemented which allowed us to establish the hierarchy that each one of the teams has in the process of treatment of fatty water for discharge into the sewer according to resolution 631 of 2015 articles 14 and 16, for this case we focus on the (PTAR) of the San Roque shopping center, where an analytical structure was created that allows decision making successful and effective in favor of improving the operational reliability of this process, with the collection of data Real data such as failures, repairs, operating factors, the equipment maintenance plan and the human operation of these.
