Posibilidades de la enseñanza de la física moderna en educación media a partir del estudio del bloqueador solar

Abstract

The objective of this monograph is to provide support material to physics teachers. The proposed activities allow us to appreciate the way in which solar radiation interacts with matter and how, from this, physical fundamentals can be taught. This proposal not only aims to provide support material to teachers to enrich their classes and bring to the classrooms an understanding of science through inquiry, through various activities that encourage participation, research and meaningful learning, it also seeks to generate physics-based critical consciousness about how this type of knowledge benefits self-care and health preservation. To this end, six different activities have been designed that explore the multiple ways in which radiation affects matter, focusing particularly on ultraviolet radiation and sunscreens.
