Resumen
Knowledge of the learning process of students with current technologies can be done through data analytics given the properties of quantification and representation of information. This research aims to validate two proposed indices called Branching and Spinning useful in understanding hypothetical learning trajectories in the solution of structured games, particularly in the game called four knights. The games were played by 11 subjects, these are represented by graph theory and are analyzed, contrasting the verbal and non-verbal expressions with the numerical values of the indices in each game using the concept of mathematization, deliberate practice and generalization process. It is possible to show coincidences between phrases and body movements, particularly facial ones, with the performance of successful and unsuccessful movements and the planning of strategies. It is determined that the proposed indices identify and quantify instances of the game solution process by the subjects, evidencing the process of understanding and its subsequent solution.
