Situación de los egresados del Programa de Artes Musicales con Énfasis en Composición y Arreglos de la Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas

Abstract

As graduates commence an active working life, they are able to reflect on the strengths and weaknesses of the education that they received. Their working, artistic and academic experiences, the difficulties they faced and overcame, as well as the solutions they discovered along the way, constitute valuable knowledge for both the students and academics. Through asking the graduates directly throughout the course of their lives and giving them the opportunity to provide feedback on the Curricular Project, we attain an input that can serve to better the education being offered by the District University Francisco José of Caldas, and furthermore improve the quality of life and professional skills of its students who are studying to be musical composers and arrangers.
